I assume you had the phone delivered to you?

if so, you'll have 14 days to cancel. I'd make a decision quickly and act on it.

Act within the cooling-off period. If you entered into the contract over the phone, online or on your doorstep, you have 14 calendar days to cancel the contractunder the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The cooling-off period starts the day after you agree to go ahead with the service.
Yes phone delivered will be having words with 3uk today and cancel this.

Vodafone in London.

Call Three Technical Support. Start logging how bad it is with them.
Haha I wouldn't bother waste of time the last time I spoken to them took me 1 hour to explain slow speed was he was like what what slow speed I said yes 2 mb he like what.

I give up at the end three customer service is like a brick wall.

So i excitedly walked into my Three store to pick up my preorder from last Friday only to be told that it never arrived, and they have no certain date for when it will!!! Absolutely fuming.
They said it would definitely be with me by the middle of October!!!! Gggrrrrr

Wow that amazing for vodafone .

Hahaah they sold it to a new customer.

I’m getting an update to iOS 12.1 beta. I was on the beta on my X. Is it worth it and if not how do I exit the beta programme?

I wonder will they understand the 14 days cancelling cooling period.

You have more willpower than me and I don’t even have a new iPhone

Haha I know. I need my down time to do it all properly. Want to set up as new before I wipe the X and send that off to music magpie. Can’t be done when you have kids wanting to watch you tube on it

I feel like I've been done over by O2 here. 64gb XS max on 3 year contract is £62 a month. Should I send this handset back and go with a different network?

I feel that. My nephew loves my Netflix and paw patrol ‍♀️ I would be fighting him for it hopefully time passes quick and you can play with it.

Picked my XS Max 256gb up this morning, switched from EE to o2 (might switch back within the 14 day period if speeds/coverage aren’t up to par) and man, moving from a 7 to the XS Max is crazy. Massive performance, battery, display and camera upgrade. Really happy I waited until now to join the “big phone” brigade

What speed are you getting with o2?

That is a bad deal... I got £66/24m/£199upfront from Vodafone on Carphone Warehouse. I would never sign for 3 years contract, it's madness. But I got XS but XS Max is not much worse.

Massive surprise today. Went to MK apple store today to pick up my wife’s XS 64Gb in gold - I had an XS Silver reserved but had decided to cancel as I saw no real value in going from X>XS, I wanted a Max but couldn’t get one on reservation day. Was chatting to the guy heading the line to explain to cancel my XS order and he said, oh we have some 64GB Max’s in stock do you want one. That was at 3pm, really really surprised me.

I wouldn’t be with O2 for this phone if I wasn’t getting Friends & Family discount. The new “flexible plans” seem like a bit of a scam imo.

The Xs - I got the 64GB Space Grey - is absolutely amazing: super fast and responsive. Not much bigger than my 8 at all but clearly the screen is a lot more immersive because that is a lot bigger. I thought I’d hate the notch - I always turn it off on my Android phones - but it’s honestly fine.

The good news is the screen protector I ordered fits perfectly and covers the entire OLED and a bit around it which is a lot better than my iPhone 8 one which causes a rainbow effect.

I’ve ordered a Speck Presidio Grip for my iPhone Xs, the Speck site seems to imply their X cases fit the Xs so hopefully I won’t have any issues.
