Boom! Sorted.

Ordered a white and a red XR, both 128GB for store pick-up from Birmingham.

Wife can decline whichever one she doesn't like once we've seen one of the display models in the flesh.

How'd everybody else get on?

Ordered Product Red 128 GB, for the Orher half, collection on Sunday.

I couldn’t find the option for a new Upgrade Program, so clicked to say I was upgrading mine, I’m sure I can sort a new 1 in store without a problem.

My order declined - I did it through the app and paid with Apple Pay, so placed the order again and used my debit card outside of Apple Pay and now the funds have gone from my account but I have 2 orders showing.
What will happen to the declined payment order?

Yeah you can do that in store no problem

Does the declined order ask you to update payment method? No option to cancel it online? Call them up to do so if not

For the one that's been declined, just phone Apple up and they can cancel it for you.

Hi

I’ve ordered for in store pickup. Does that mean I can pay on the day? And say, choose iPhone payments instead?

Did you pay online or use the IUP link? If you did pay up front and then chose a slot to collect, you’ll be charged the full amount before collection. If it was the IUP route you can change it to IP when you collect.

If you have paid in full, you could still ask apple to “refund” it and then buy it back on IP

Yellow and Coral 64GB have slipped to 1-2 weeks delivery.
Rest all available for delivery on 26th!

I called Apple and they cancelled my Apple Pay declined order so feeling a bit better now!

Roll on Friday!

Coral seems to be quite popular. The 256GB has sold out over on O2. If I were getting the Xr I would get the coral.

So i have pre-ordered from Apple for two phones. Cant decide whether i should keep ones from Apple or order from John Lewis next week as i get 5% off through my work. 'confused'

I don't think I have paid anything. I had to give my card details but that was just to reserve the phone. I imagine that if I don't show up on the day then nothing happens and the phone goes back into stock...

Ordered a Product RED XR 128GB for in-store pick up on the 26th at the Norwich store.:) Had to enter my card details at checkout so I don't know if the money will just be taken from the account or if I'll be paying in-store.
