I couldn’t find the option for a new Upgrade Program, so clicked to say I was upgrading mine, I’m sure I can sort a new 1 in store without a problem.

My order declined - I did it through the app and paid with Apple Pay, so placed the order again and used my debit card outside of Apple Pay and now the funds have gone from my account but I have 2 orders showing.

I’ve ordered for in store pickup. Does that mean I can pay on the day? And say, choose iPhone payments instead?
Coral seems to be quite popular. The 256GB has sold out over on O2. If I were getting the Xr I would get the coral.Yellow and Coral 64GB have slipped to 1-2 weeks delivery.

I called Apple and they cancelled my Apple Pay declined order so feeling a bit better now!

Did you pay online or use the IUP link? If you did pay up front and then chose a slot to collect, you’ll be charged the full amount before collection. If it was the IUP route you can change it to IP when you collect.
If you have paid in full, you could still ask apple to “refund” it and then buy it back on IP
