Thanks, Shanghaichica!

They'll be 8 days late at this rate. We've had a near-48 hour early labour before we were dilated enough to be admitted. Tired and wired sums the situation up well!
Oh god. You must both be knackered. The first labour is always the longest. Good luck. I hope it’s not much longer and hope your wife isn’t in too much pain.

Tracking updated now.

Alex will be with me between 11:50 and 12:50!

Excited to finally see this yellow in the flesh and decide if it’s for me or not!

Anyone upgrading from a 6/7/8 (not plus) they can post a pic of the Xr next too?

I want one but am still a little wary of the size.

I received my iPhone at about 10ish and I’ve been using it for 2 hours now and I can say the screen actually looks really good, camera is stunning and it feels soo fast!

I’ll be honest I don’t see much of a difference with this screen compared to my X

This is how I am feeling but haven’t properly tested just yet.
Still updating and transferring.
I have a Max currently which I’m returning to save money and the XR feels that much better in the hand. In comparison pics it doesn’t look like there is much between them but in life there actually is.

It really is the Goldilocks of the current iPhones.

You refer to it feeling better in the hand then say there is a big difference, not sure if thats good or bad?

No I said it feels better in the hand, which it does as I have smaller hands. The “no big difference” is in relation to when you see the XR and XS Max next to each other in photos.

People have posted saying there’s not much difference when laying them next to each other in pictures. I’m saying there is a difference in real world use. The XR is much more ergonomically friendly despite not looking like its that much smaller.

I agree I had the max for a while and the XR is far more comfortable and manageable to hold. It feels premium still and as for the display I’ve had both my x and xr playing some of the same content and to be honest there’s not much in it.

I’m very happy with the XR and the fact it’s a lot cheaper than the Xs with out loosing too much is a bonus.

Just need a clear case and to sell my X now

I'm so impressed with it.

For those (like me) who worried about having no 3d touch to move the cursor by pressing the keybaord - it is still there. You just have to press the space bar not the keyboard.

Also, the haptic substitute feels literally the same. Apple have done a fantastic job with these devices. I'm really pleased with it.

I know people have continually mentioned the bezels but I really can't notice that much difference between them and the XS/Max.

Glad everyone is enjoying their new phones.
