The Xs is going nowhere, I think I just need a reminder in how big the Max really is.

I am jumping back on the Plus wagon, so am not expecting the Max to be bigger or heavier ....fingers crossed. My choice of color is what am still pondering on

So restore from backup or start from a clean slate? Now all the health data etc is backup up to cloud I’m tempted to start afresh again this year.

Also not bothered with the iOS 12 beta this year, think I’m going to save the update for the Xs!

I've been running the Beta on my X since it came out, it's what iOS 11 should have been and it's brought new life to my wifes iPad Mini 2.

I always set them up from scratch, just the geek in me I guess lol

iPhone Max's in SG with 256gb are still offering to ship from the 24th Sept...thats not bad considering its 4.5 hours after pre-orders began. I think that a lot of people are waiting for the Xr's

Was not overly bothered about upgrading this year - got a 256 X which is serving me very well - but there is a GOLD option!!! And a gold max which is interesting......
However been so busy not even watched the keynote yet and therefore not getting the sense that there is a major upgrade in the camera (one of my main uses of the iPhone) other than increased bokeh and bokeh control which I'd love but I could probably hang on 12 months for that.

Not sure what you mean by that. When I first joined EE I got 6 months free Apple Music. Now, in my addons section, it says I’ve already used that offer.

Are you saying you’re getting 6 months free AM every 12 months?

I also used up my free 6 months in June. So come Black Friday or so , I ‘d renew my sim only deal for another 12mths with all the bells & whistles including the 6 mths free Apple Music if on offer.

I'm a little OCD when it comes to iPhones though - I simply can't bare all the fingerprints on the glass at the back of the phone, hence always having to use a case!

lol, I Haggled three uk sim deal from £27 to £13 I was still in contract with 8 months left lol.
I complained about terrible speed and terrible phone call signal dropping out.
They agree to drop my monthly bills to £15 I asked for more at the end they allow me to have it for £13 all u can eat everything sim only. hahaah

NO as the watch has its own sim and allocated number but it connects to your phone and works via your phones number.

I thought it’s the same connection and on contract it’s a £5 a month or something but not sure on sim only

Are EE not doing the eSIM from launch? I want to move my business account to them and put my personal o2 in the phone as well but cannot see where to buy an eSIM only on EE website.

I was expecting higher prices this year like the £100 + mark even three uk price it for £60 to £70 mark they sold the iPhone X 64GB Last year Unlimited everything for £113.

Starting to wish i didn't get the 8 Plus last year with Three (2 year contract). The Xs Max looks beautiful in gold is beautiful and I want. The envy is STRONG right now! LOL!

Damn, I overslept this year and didn't get orders in till 8:45. Managed to get an XS Max for 24th and the watch for the 8th. Quite annoyed but it's my own fault!

Anyone got any experience of buying from John Lewis on launch day? I think I will leave the phone but I might try and get the watch earlier from their site next Friday.

There is also stormfront but they say "delivery FROM 21st September" which seems like it means after time after the 21st lol.
