still no movement whatsoever on my order
not yet shipped on either UK or US site, i don't mind admitting i'm getting worried now as i seem to be very much in the minority!
The 3G models only started to show as preparing for shipping late yesterday and I have just noticed Peskaa has had his now ready to ship. You will probably find yours is very soon as well.
My order shipped late last night.
It was placed at 12:08 a.m. GMT on the 10th (so one of the first) but was not confirmed for over 11 hours.
The order consists of:
1. iPad 32GB Wi-Fi
2. iPad 32GB 3G
3. Vodafone Sim.
I think the 3Gs may be shipping from inside the EU, rather than China (although once tracking goes live I'll probably be proven wrong). Certainly seems that all the WiFi models shipped earlier, with the 3Gs only just starting to ship.
Did you notice that your order changed to prepared for shipment today? Or could this have happened from yesterday?
Has any one else found this site extremely slow today? It seems there are as many nervous iPad customers on this website as there are on the order status page lol
Getting Worried now mines still "not yet shipped" placed order on the 10th may for a 32gb wifi with case plus camera adapter. I rang up to see if the accessories could cause a delay but she said no as things are being shipped individually when in stock.
Just a theory, but if you go to your local depot, there is a fair chance you could get the iPad.
Happened within the last two hours at some point. And yeah the site is slow for me too.
Yeah everyones pick up date seems to be the 24th, so most couriers will start shipping tomorrow.

In North Scotland. My iPad is being shipped with the following accessories by TNT:
32Gb 3G iPad
O2 Sim
iPad Case
iPad Dock
iPad Camera Connection Kit
iPad USB Power Adapter
But the following shipped with UPS:
iPad Keyboard Dock
iPad Dock Connector to VGA Adapter
Fingers crossed it will reach this far north by launch day!
Well im giving up, I can still cancel my order, no money taken, ordered at 12:21 AM GMT, 16GB 3G + vodafone sim. Confirmation email took 12 hours to show up after ordering.

Hang in there.. things are moving slowly for me too. My advice is to go and do something that will take your mind off it for a few hours, then come back and check again
So? It's a sunday and Apple still has 5 days to get the iPad to you...I don't understand what the issue is?
It also looks like 3G iPads are currently in the UK as far as I can tell, so stop panicking.
I received the Order Shipped email at 1am today
I ordered the 64GB 3G iPad, Dock, Case, Camera Connector and VGA adaptor. All the items I ordered are showing as shipped. I didn't order a sim.
I've noticed people confirming shipments with O2 and Orange sims, I haven't spotted any with Vodafone sims but with so many posts I might have missed them. Anyone seen a Vodafone Sim shipment?
I ordered at 10.00am on the 10th and received the confirmation email at 1.45pm.
Possibly, theres a lot of orders and I couldnt tell you really. All I know is the majority of wifi owners are getting theres picked up tomorrow or tuesday.
Mine's Vodafone (crappy tariffs but the only network to get 3G at college), and it shipped yesterday afternoon.
