Just resubmitted. the first time i submitted it didn't have a macbook air option and didnt ask for proof of purchase, hopefully this one goes through faster

I am up to 20.5 hours now, still nothing. I submitted my gorlfriend's one for her around 10 hours ago to see if it goes through quicker and still nothing.

It's been almost a full day for me, and still no luck. I tried resubmitting but the site tells me that my serial is already registered, so Apple must have already received my claim but they haven't sent the freaking code yet:mad::mad:. I summited in the Korean Apple store by the way

I just got off the phone and the guy said I could just buy it off the app store ahead of time, and get a refund at https://expresslane.apple.com when my code comes.

i think i'm going to do that, have to say when i've had trouble with iTunes and App purchases and asked for a refund etc.. they are extremely prompt to carry out the request.. wouldn't be surprised if this method is going to be the fastest and least hassle choice! :)

I got the code yesterday within 10 mins which ofcourse didnt work, called Apple CS and was told that i will receive a new code within 24 hrs. Its been more then 15 hrs and no sign of new code :(

How did you resubmit? I tried but it wouldn't let me. It says the serial number was already used and it didn't ask for proof of purchase either time.

So, we're hearing that replacement codes are being issued, but has anyone received a code after not receiving any correspondence initially?

18 hours and still nothing :\

got this email from support though -.-
Thank you for contacting the iTunes Store customer support team. My name is xxxxx, and I will be happy to assist you today.
I understand that haven't received yet the approval and content codes for your "OS X Mountain Lion" Up-To-Date claim.

The claim is currently being processed. Processing time can take up to 72 hours. You should receive results or status updates via email within the time remaining for claim processing.

If after 72 hours, you still don't receive a response, you may email support at "uptodatesupport@apple.com"

Got a "used" code from Apple yesterday which obviously did not work. When I woke up this morning, there were new PDF and password emails waiting for me. This new code worked perfectly and I am now putting ML onto a USB thumb drive before installing onto my systems. Patience everyone, the codes will come.

After hours and hours of waiting for the code to arrive I decided to check the App store. Then I realised it says "Install" and not buy. Possibly because I'm a registered developer? I know I have access to the GM - but are developers supposed to get a free copy of ML?

Anyway I'm downloading it now

Why couldn't they use a similar system instead of this bs code system.

Finally received my replacement code at 7.02 this morning. Downloaded and installed in under 30 minutes.

Im from the UK btw.

Nothing here, requested at 6pm (UK) last night... :(

Just to rub it in, apple sent me an email this morning telling me about how wonderful ML is going to be! Talk about teasers!
