Well I called Apple earlier about how I've been waiting over 24hrs for my code, and needless to say the Advisor was not helpful at all. He treated me like I'm an idiot. So Apple sends me this feedback survey, so I wrote how dissapointed I have been in Apple lately. Here's what I sent them, I really hope it gets their attention.

Is there anything your Advisor could have done better?

He could have listened to me, instead of treating me like I have no idea what i'm talking about. This is the second phone call I've made in the past month that I have made, and both times I have been treated like I'm bothering them for asking. The first call was regarding my Retina Macbook Pro, I was inquiring on why people who ordered after me where getting theirs shipped before mine. The guy I talked to acted like I was making the whole thing up, very frustrating. Then today I called regarding my ML code for the computer I waited a month for. I had a pretty simple question, "Since you are having delays with the codes, Would I be able to purchase ML and have the 19.99 refunded back to my iTunes account when the code is available?" The Advisor had no clear answer other than, "you have a free code cause you bought a new computer." He kept reminding me of that but never answering my actual question. Overall I have been extremely unhappy with Apple lately, and this is coming from a shareholder/fan of Apple. Step it up Apple, this isn't like you.

About 30 minutes until this installation is done. About 30 minutes ago I just downloaded mountain lion

Just called AppleCare, got the 72h interval and if the code doesn't arrive I have to call again. They also told me that if they needed more information or if the application is denied they would send an email explaining the reason/s. Mine is on 'Pending'.

Time to sell your Apple stocks before it hit the brakes.

Myself, I'm not keeping my fingers crossed on the upgrade code, so I'd end up with an unused ML copy by the time that code does arrive in the mail...

36 hours later and nothing. I bought a copy and will request a refund later. With 10.7 I had the code within seconds. WTF?

33 hours waiting, then i purchased it. 30mins later, i got code. Seriously?! is this some kind of sick joke?!

It's been 36 hours... and nothing from Apple. Really frustrated and disappointed. Bummed out that the company would leave the buyers of the latest macs in the dark like this. :mad:

We emailed apple and they said that they were trying to get ALL the codes out by tonight. We shall see.

just gimme my friggin code and i'm on it!

(sorry if this sounds angry...just a tad frustrating)

FINALLY got my code about an hour ago. It worked and I just finished upgrading.

Safari is insanely awesome...

Thats like me... Just got an email about that we can buy the full collection of The Beatles... Right now The Beatles can go one way AWAY from my email!!

I want the code now ! XD Have been waiting around the same as you guys !
