Up to date validation-- How long?

Got my code just now. About a day and a half wait.

I purchased it and am getting a refund so it didn't matter. But they did get it to me in the 72 hour time frame promised.

That's what I am wondering too... Finally got my code after 48 hrs and downloading now!

I did email ( not call ) iTunes thru the express lane yesterday. Maybe, just maybe, that expedited the process even though I got the same 72 hr BS response too!!
 
Received mine 44 hours later. I applied at 4:30 or so on July 25th. Will be trying the codes once I get home from work
 
Just got my code, but when I enter it, I get this is not a valid code. Am I supposed to enter it without dashes or - ?


Nevermind, got it figured out. All set now.

I just heard the beep on my cellphone. I am so excited. I got 2 emails. One password and one code email. Now what to do. Open App Store and Click Redeem. Which one is the code?? And why do I have 2 emails??

Use the code in the one email, to open the pdf in the second email. The code in the pdf is the one you use to redeem your copy of mountain lion.

They seem to be coming out pretty fast now. Shouldnt be long.
 
Took about 2 hours, well once I get from vacation, Ill take a look on it, I hope network driver ( WiFi + LAN) were after waking up the mac, stopped working - just could not obtain the IP address...late 2011 MBP. :confused:

I thought they were rolling them out well last night, but they aren't doing them in order so who knows?
 
Received code after 46 hour wait

Hi guys, I've been following this thread for a couple of days.

Waited and waited like everyone else, but finally got mine.

Submitted on Jul 25 at 2:52 PM
Received valid code on July 27 at 12:52pm

46 hours total.
 
Finally downloading...

Applied for Up-To-Date 7/25 @ 2PM (EST)
Received code at 7/27 @ 12PM (EST)

I was only able to complete the form once
46 hours total.

I just got my codes after almost 48 hours to the exact minute. I entered my information three times on Wednesday but never contacted support. It's too bad I was impatient and went ahead and just purchased a copy Wednesday night. I'll probably just upgrade my pro now as well.

i submitted my claim midmorning on the 25th, and i awoke this morning to the emails...

so ~45 hours.

You can send an email to apples express lane, say ya did it by accident and theyll give you a refund for the purchase.
