I have two tracking numbers on UPS my choice, both coming from Lebanon TN. I ordered an ipad, keyboard and pencil. All as UPS next day air, scheduled for deliver on wednesday as expected.

No tracking available yet for me, either — except for the Otterbox case that has run into a not-so-unusual delay at the Ontario, California UPS hub. Anyone’s guess when and if it arrives.
 
Remember, if you have in-store pickup don't bother tracking. The price you pay, considering how much fun tracking is! :)
 
Ordered both a 11" and 13" model with the idea to cancel one of them a few days ahead. Turns out you can't cancel pre-orders. Now I need to return one.
 
You can cancel them within a certain window.
Correct, seems like you can cancel prior to the order moving to the “preparing to ship” stage (based on my chat with Apple Support).

Does anyone have experience with getting refunds using Apple Account balance? I pre-ordered a white Magic Keyboard but have since decided I want black. Too late to cancel the pre-order so I’m wondering if I can return the white Magic Keyboard in store and buy the black one using the Apple Account balance I used for the pre-order, or if it takes a day or so to reload.

👉🏻 At least for me, one advantage of picking it up at an Apple store is I can get my hands on it earlier in the day. This is because many (most?) times whenever I have preordered iPhones every year, UPS/FedEx delivers it very late in the day, often after dark.
 
Yeah, needs to be done within a few hours, unfortunately. But I'll return one of them and it'll be fine. It's just a little bit of a hassle.
With my previous orders of new iPhones, there always were at least a few days when the order remained in 'Processing" status. No problem cancelling. This time around my order went from Processing to Preparing to Ship very quickly. No option to cancel. Returning the item after I receive it is the only choice if I want to change color, etc. Probably because most of the M4 iPads were already manufactured and waiting in a US domestic warehouse for home shipment.

Are you getting the ipad direct? Or Apple Store pick up? I’m doing Apple Store pickup so I guess no tracking number for me. Apple Store website says “Processing“. 🫤
 
Wouldn't worry about it yet, just label printed for now so only MyChoice users have it. But they are probably all going out overnight Tuesday night.
I’m a MyChoice user and I don’t have a tracking number yet. If I had to guess, UPS may be queuing up orders based on how far the package will have to travel. Also, it’s possible that some of the orders will go by other carriers. There may also be an avalanche of tracking numbers on Monday.
 
I have a feeling a majority of us who do not have tracking yet [like me] could see tracking movement tomorrow. I do have a UPS my choice account with no tracking showing. Unlike iPhones, I do not know if the iPads & accessories are shipping from China or domestic.

Both packages for me are coming from TN through UPS next day air with an eta of wednesday.

I am switching from 10th Gen iPad to iPad Pro for the oled and matte screen, and to add cellular. I hate having to use my phone hotspot.
Exactly the config I ordered on Tuesday night and my ship date is the same as yours. Guess that config caught Apple by surprise?
 
The Otterbox statement case has a separate cover like the folio case
