Had horrible problems with Apple's website this morning. Was ready 5 mins before launch but even after 10 minutes I was getting the "just a sec" message on Apple Store. Restarted phone then got through but was hit with "502 Bad Gateway" multiple times.
Hopped on the computer only for the same thing to happen. Finally went to my email and tried to access the phone that way. After a few tries it went through around 7:20 my time (17 minutes after launch)
Confirmation page wouldn't load and didn't receive email until 7:27.

Glad you got it to go through. Suggestion for the future, use the Apple Store app rather than the website. It always seems to work better in these preorder situations.
 
My yearly Mac Rumors post, lol. Well, I got lucky, iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB, delivers September 24th.

it appears the delivery dates are already showing November.

Still got 256 Sierra blue pro max for I store pick up 9/24 morning 👍
 
Ordered through Firstnet. No issues, hopefully all goes well and it arrives friday cause I leave town for a week sat morning.

Mine did not list anything either. Will have to look into this further.

It’s because they offer the 24 months financing with the  card so it’s a conflict of interest with IUP because that program goes through Citizens One.

I’ve done it for the last two years so not sure why it would change all of a sudden.

Anyone getting an iPhone under 1 TB probably should not be thinking of ProRes video. It's going to be mostly useless for most people.
 
Anyone upgrading using the iPhone Upgrade program and seeing an Early Upgrade Payment? I thought I could get upgrades whenever new iPhones come out. I went from a 12 Pro Max to a 13 Pro Max.

Here is my plan. I pre-ordered the graphite pro max 256 for in store pickup. When I go, I will check out the Sierra blue, and see if they happen to have any "store stock". If I REALLY like the blue, then I will do an exchange right there.

The Max models were delayed last year. I’m pretty peeved about it too if I’m being honest. Apple’s delay and now we’re all seeing an extra monthly to upgrade this time around.

Yup, same here. I think same for many, many people.

It always takes a while for them to show up. Same thing every year. Don’t worry.

Stared at an "Almost there" page... for over 20 minutes in both the app and browser. Was able to finally get to the order page and the payment wouldn't go through, tried 10+ times and received the same error. Finally after around 10 minutes of trying I received a confirmation that the order was successful. Looked in my orders page, see that the same iPhone was ordered 3 times. Now have 2 unwanted orders open... overall not the greatest experience.
