Does anyone have experience upgrading the apple care from plus to plus with theft/loss coverage? On the apple upgrade program?

am tempted to just pay it off and then cancel the care plus and repurchase the care plus theft/loss if it’s not an easy thing to do…

Had horrible problems with Apple's website this morning. Was ready 5 mins before launch but even after 10 minutes I was getting the "just a sec" message on Apple Store. Restarted phone then got through but was hit with "502 Bad Gateway" multiple times.
Hopped on the computer only for the same thing to happen. Finally went to my email and tried to access the phone that way. After a few tries it went through around 7:20 my time (17 minutes after launch)
Confirmation page wouldn't load and didn't receive email until 7:27.

Next time I'd have the store running in a browser on your PC or Mac and also have it running via the app on your iPhone on cellular (so you're on a different IP), refresh both constantly. Seems to work for me every year and it's almost always the iPhone that gets in first.

Lets be honest - anyone getting a Pro shouldn't be getting base 128 GB either. What's the point?

I got the 128GB. First year going down from 256GB. I only have 80GB of used storage now so saved $100

I had trouble with my Apple Card too. I finally had to use another card. Thought it was just me till I came on here and saw others issues.

So aa it stands now it looks like we can’t change the card for the initial payment but we will be able to change the loan to the Apple Card? (Hopefully!) Annoyed we lost out on Apple Cash and annoyed I’ll have to go through the trouble of changing the loan card.

Yeah you can update the card later through Citizens thankfully.

Not bad. Even refreshing Safari browser on my MBP didnt grant me access until 3 mins past the hour. But after that all good.

Stupid phone wouldn’t get in on the app after 5 mins 🤦‍♂️😂 tired the iPad, it was go go go 😂 in and out in 1 minute 😂

Anyone upgrading using the iPhone Upgrade program and seeing an Early Upgrade Payment? I thought I could get upgrades whenever new iPhones come out. I went from a 12 Pro Max to a 13 Pro Max.

Both my Mom and I were charged early upgrades even though we ordered our 12s on launch day last year.

Too everyone who said they had trouble trying to use the  card with IUP, well yeah it’s because you can’t use that as a payment for IUP!!

It’s because they offer the 24 months financing with the  card so it’s a conflict of interest with IUP because that program goes through Citizens One.

thats not true because I used it last year. And it literally says you can use the Apple Card.

So first time doing an in store pickup, when do you normally get charged? I feel I would get charged as soon as I placed the order if I was getting it delivered.

They place a hold to see if you have money on card. Then it falls off, then they charge you when pick it up!

For anyone that ordered their phone linked to a T-Mobile trade in, does your confirmation email say anything about the extra $200 or $500 credits we should be receiving? mine doesn’t, it just lists the Apple trade in value. Just wanna make sure I didn’t miss the boat here. :/

Mine doesn’t either. I wouldn’t worry about it for now.
