I got the 128GB. First year going down from 256GB. I only have 80GB of used storage now so saved $100
Oof ... I can see the point about storage used, but there really is a history about base space and iPhones. I forgot which phone it was that it sold with base and came hardly with usable space after that cause of the size of the OS. Hence the "what's the point". Usually those base models are for Apple displays and test devices.

Same here. 128gb pro max. I’ve only got 50gb used on my current 12pm, so I didn’t see the point. I tend to take way more photos than videos though, and most videos I take are short, so I don’t us as much space.

Order the 13 Mini 512gb black - Sept 24th. Order didn't go in until 8:07am EST.

Upgrading from iPhone 8. Don't really need an upgrade but the Mini seems to be going away and I hate big phones.

First preorder I have been on since 2017. Kind of miss them but iPhones are so efficient with durability and chips in the past 5 years I really don't need the upgrades anymore. Back in the day going from iPhone 3 to 4 to 5 was like Christmas. Honestly this 13 Mini might last me 5 years

Yay!!! Whopping $1,732.92. Final damage. That 3% daily cash is the real flex though!

Me too. Wouldn't accept my first VISA for some reason. After inputting my other VISA the delivery date had slipped to pictured...

I really don't understand why it made me enter my credit card info again when I already went through the pre-approval process AND the same bloody card is already being charged for my current IUP membership.

Hey all. Nice to be back another year 😁 iPhone 13 Pro 128 GB Sierra Blue ordered. Looks like I actually got release day delivery for once!
Also for what it’s worth I luckily didn’t have any issues using Apple Card with the iUP.
Speaking of which, looks like mine just got hit with a tax charge

ATT has raised the trade in value of the X, XR, and XS to $800 in credits over 36 months (up from $700) on their website but the change isn’t being shown on Apple’s website. I ordered thru Apple and got the $700 but wonder if ATT will adust it after the phone ships/get delivered and activated.

Anyone upgrading using the iPhone Upgrade program and seeing an Early Upgrade Payment? I thought I could get upgrades whenever new iPhones come out. I went from a 12 Pro Max to a 13 Pro Max.

You still have to make 12 payments so if you upgrade after 11 payments, the 12th gets added on to satisfy the required amount of payments.

Let us know after 6 months how that's working out for you...

I saved Half my photo collection on my computer and deleted from phone and iCloud so it opened so much more space! 50GB of extra room is plenty for a year. Next year is the big upgrade

Now what I don’t get it my wife’s IUP was done when the iPhone 12 launched. Not the pro. And yet it’s charging her 2 monthly payments to upgrade?

Me too! I am waiting for 14pro max anyways so what does it matter for a year!

For those wondering: Order status always goes down for a while as the system is busy processing orders. Check to make sure you receive a confirmation email. That will probably get to you faster.

Status will show up as Processing and will stay that way for a few days until Preparing to Ship. You’ll get officially charged so you’ll know it’s happening!!

Well it’s been working out on my 12 pro max for a year, so not sure why it would be any different? I only had 64gb on the 11 pro and that was fine. My photos and videos all upload to Google Photos, why would I need to store a bunch on the phone?

I do the same thing! I'm still rocking a 12 PM with 256 but I normally dump my pictures and videos onto an external myself. Even the 13P I picked up is at 256, simply because I fear what Apple will gouge out for the base models.

I feel like you have a better chance of Tim Cook handing you your new iPhone than a new pro colorway being in stock on launch day.
Lol you may be right! But you never know! I lucked out during the midnight green year with this exact plan! Store stock doesn’t match the online stock. And 256 doesn’t seem to be a huge demand (I could be wrong).

50 minutes later… I still can’t finish my IUP pre-order. Can’t get through to Apple support via chat or phone. I’m at work and the only payment method I have right now is my Apple Card, which isn’t working.

Release day isn’t looking good for me
