I spy my label on 9/17 and itās 0.40. Finally!
Both my :03 orders still have no tracking numbers (not showing up by reference or on My Choice). My phone always seems to ship out in one of the last waves no matter the order time!
Can't you just say, 'Hey, Siri, open the garage door'?
I looked back in Sep 2022 - my AWUās weight was .60 kgs.
So I'm thinking of ordering another charging cable, because from the images on the Apple website it doesn't look like the tops near the charging port are reinforced like some of the other Apple cables have been and this one that we're getting doesn't appear to be woven either and I think a woven once with a reinforcement will last longer.

I'll be honest I've never used any cables or chargers that aren't Apple in the past so are these reliable and will they cause any issues with the phones? I know before some people have blamed 3rd party cables and chargers on bricking their devices and I don't need that.

Ok, this is hilarious. I read the message above about asking Siri to open the garage door and I was being sarcastic with my situation and said out loud, "Hey Siri, find my new iphone" and all of a sudden Siri answers and says my iphone is nearby and it started vibrating and pinging. It was awesome. I never knew it would do that. I'll remember that when I can't find it in the house and it's on silent. Gotta find humor in all this craziness waiting around all this time just to get a tracking number.

On the whole UPS Customer Center Hold thingā¦looking back at September, I must have submitted my request to hold when the phone got to KY on 9/22. Launch day morning, it showed the confirmation of the hold at the CC.
Sorry if this is TLDR:
I believe itās way too early to think that we ācannotā make the hold happen despite what Apple or UPS employees may have told some of us. What you do with your delivery is between UPS and You - NOT Apple. And if you pay for the service (whether one time or as an annual UPS Mychoice Member), I canāt see how UPS can deny it for just one particular shipment like our phones.
Anyways, I couldnāt get the hold request in much earlier than that Wed or Thurs, and it didnāt confirm until it got to my final CC and it was held. Hope this helps. My phone is on PDT in these pictures vs the EDT scan times in KY.

I'm looking at my tracking on UPS My Choice. I have the number but UPS doesn't yet have the package. There are 4 reference numbers listed & none of them is my phone number or order number
So can we not pickup our phones this year at a UPS Access Point? I got an email saying that Apple is not allowing the redirect. Anyone else?

I take it you don't have the Apple Watch? The 2nd thing I use the most with mine is pinging the phone. My phone is always on silent but it makes a noise when the watch pings it.Ok, this is hilarious. I tried with the cases that are supposed to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. I have the paid for My Choice account, if thereās a difference between free and paid. My only option for redirection / delivery changes was to deliver to another addressā¦ Iām hoping this isnāt the case with the phones. Itās WAY easier to grab the phone at the hub. Iāll be working all day and itās way easier to go to the hub at lunch.
Iāll keep trying, hopefully the option pops up when itās actively moving and has hit the US.
You may have a mismatch of some Sort between the address/phone # in your MyChoice account vs the Shipping address you provided Apple. As you can see from the APT # discussions previously - any mismatch throws off what UPS will show you.
