May want to contact the shipper. I believe one posted that even their macbook they ordered for delivery from apple had no option for UPS cc hold as it was restricted.
So that USP173 flight is interesting. It is an extra segment flight. It looks like they have been picking up stuff from Zhengzhou for awhile. Taking stuff to Seoul and then it is put on regularly scheduled flights.

@TheYayAreaLiving 🎗️ stated that once they arrive in American territory that UPS will allow for UPS CC pick up but shes yet to provide any updates on this. I don't think its an option anymore.

Those walkways really do take awhile to get down. Then you split to which concourse you are going to. Starbucks is in the middle. KFC is outside of security, so if you want something cheap to eat, you'll have to go through TSA again.
