Many pages to catch up on, but checking in to report that both mine and hubby's phones got Import Scans within the last hour, both are at Shipped status, and I received my AppleCare email. Looking forward to seeing my phone depart SDF for PHX for the last leg of the journey.

No more Hold For Pickup. Their restriction is still there after import scan. UPS says there is nothing they can do and to call Apple. Spoke to manager at Apple and she said that they have decided to no longer allow for holds because of issues, so that is why there is a restriction. Now, I have to wait all day for the truck. Sucks.

I am only an emergency medical technician, certified pharmacy technician, personal trainer, and nutrition coach, but I do believe with those credentials I am comfortable in saying that those of us that have to wait for UPS to deliver our phones will survive without lasting repercussions. I’m not worried….. should I be worried that I'm not worried?

Finally got my tracking number but this is what it shows. Apple support assured me my order is fine but still worrying.

Put it in Aftership-it seems to be more detailed. UPS playing coy this year. So glad you have tracking 🩷

Pickup people myself included need to pretend to be patient for just a bit longer. We probably won't see anything until after the store closes this afternoon when they start setting each order aside.
