been chatting with T-Force and they're honestly useless too.I’m so sorry this happened to you and your partner. I would say that you can reset the phone again and delete the eSIM and then go back through the process as normal it should work after that. If not then the next step is get in contact with T-force on X (formally Twitter) cause they are the best when it comes to these problems. If they can not fix it then I would then take it to apple for a replacement because Apple doesn’t handle eSIM issues that’s only through the carrier they can only replace the phone.
we decided to go another route and try to transfer his number to my old iPhone 12PM to see if it's really truly the 15 or T-mobile and the same thing, won't work. so it's not the iPhone 15PM or anything, it's literally T-Mobile and they keep saying everything is ok on their end. they've attached the EID and IMEI to the iphone 12 and it still won't work. shows SOS
