I just emailed my account rep (business account) since I seemingly have no way to get any real sort of info from the T-Mobile website.
Here is what he said:
"As of right now we do not have any tracking info for either order yet.
The expectation we received here was that the first batch of phones will be delivered tomorrow, however your orders are still showing they have not shipped yet.
It is possible they will ship today for delivery tomorrow, but the system does not reflect any movement at this time.
I will try to check for tracking again later this afternoon and give you an update."
So maybe that is why I can't get tracking info. But I do have IMEI's for both phones with an "active-shipped" status on the EIP page.
Who knows lol.
Could be an actual delay, or a matter of tracking info not being updated in a timely manner.
I guess we'll see...
Again this is just for two 11's, one black that says "ships by 9/20" and a purple "ships 9/21-9/24".
