Yeah, my order (to Melbourne) hit an exception in Shanghai and has now entered a delay with an unknown delivery date. Was meant to be here 29 April, now, unclear. I'm guessing that logistics are simply still a mess given the state of the world.
Last update was in Pudong airport, saying that it's being rerouted. Darn.
As I learned from experience with my Mac Pro order, TNT's service is shockingly bad, and their tracking information site for customers is inaccurate and rarely updated. I'm in the same boat as you - with an expected delivery date of 27-29 April according to Apple, and the last update on the TNT website shows it in Shanghai and being rerouted on the 25th.
Spoke to TNT this morning and they tell me that even through the tracking info has it in Shanghai, it went on a flight to Singapore on 26 April. From there - they apparently don't know (?) and can't tell me when I can expect to receive it (?).
The experience with my Mac Pro order was similar - when I eventually escalated through Apple and TNT, it turned out the machine had been sat in a depot in Sydney for 3 days before TNT thought to get it delivered. My suggestion is chase Apple and chase TNT - TNT have a dedicated Apple team who can be difficult to reach, but in my experience are the only people who can get clear information.
TNT will tell you something different every time you call them!
