its cuz its saturday in shanghai, give them a break man. Those hardworking men and women prepare my imac at 6AM in Shanghai and shipped at 7PM and last scan was about 8pm so far.

I'm not complaining, just hoping that there is some action that simply isn't showing up in the tracking yet. I'm pretty sure that if my iMac is still in Shanghai at this moment, it will not arrive in Calgary, Alberta by the 17th, considering that it still has to go to Alaska, then Tennessee, followed by somewhere in Ontario, then Winnipeg, and Vancouver, before finally arriving in Calgary (at least based on my past experience with UPS).its cuz its saturday in shanghai, give them a break man. I suspect that UPS likely does have some employees working on Saturdays in China, though not necessarily the same people who work on Fridays. Does anyone know anything about their operations in China?

Hell Yeah! My i7 just shipped (to Canada) with an expected delivery date of Nov. 20. Not really expedited shipping but considering what everyone else has said that doesn't surprise me. Then again the tracking information may say otherwise but I can't access it until Monday according to the email from Apple.

It means the driver stopped at Dunkin Donuts to play donut poker with a few of his closest friends. He'll be back on duty tomorrow. For everyone who has packages sitting in his truck in the parking lot, they're SOL until tomorrow.
My i7 was supposed to arrive yday now i know it missed the plane out of shanghai in order to do this so im not too fussed but have you veer seen a more complicated way to get to the uk?!

Rumours say that it will ship mid next week..wellwell.
But what I wonder is this: 120 GB SSD disk? In what country is THAT an option for this machine?
This option could be the reason that it is Not Yet Shipped, and nor will be..
For those who are still waiting, its likely that all orders will very shortly be fulfilled. The US apple website is now showing up as "7-10 business days" for the quad cores to be fulfilled.

Mines going to France, and was showing Monday as the delivery date until it got stuck at the brokerage stage. Now the delivery date shows as an "Exception", although this morning it's saying released, so I hope it's winging it's way here now....
He's right. They had some in stock today in the Chicago burbs. I was there and saw them with my own eyes. Didn't pull the trigger though cause I like my customized one better than what was avaliable.

Mine also says "Exception".
But, I just think that happens whenever they are waiting for something/someone (another brokage firm or similar).

Look at the "NOW IN-TRANSIT FOR DELIVERY", that sounds good
I think that the Exception disappears as soon as the next info item appears, an arrival scan or anything really.

Going to have a moan at apple this morning. While I can live with a November shipping date it gets a little frustrating that they don't appear to be doing based on when your ordered.also a little gutted.. only 20 mins from East Midlands Airport

Last night I noticed that the One to One membership item was segregated in the list from the iMac and the other items. This morning however....
PREPARED FOR SHIPMENT!!
I know this isn't an actual shipment, but its progress in the right direction, hopefully shipment will happen today. For all those still waiting. I reckon that by Sunday evening (Latest) you will have seen a change in your order status.
