Waiting for 27" Quad to SHIP thread

27" i7 4gb 1tb has shipped!
Originally it was to ship on Dec. 31st, Delivery on January 6th.
Tonight I received shipping information.
Shipment information was sent to FEDEX on Dec. 25th, it shipped on Dec. 26th, arrival expected Dec. 30th. Looks like I'll have it soon!
I was mainly hoping to get it before going back to work. This looks like HOPEFULLY I won't have that issue.

Mine showed the original shipping dates for about 48 hours after they changed. Mine's now in Memphis. W00t!

I ordered mine Christmas Eve and got an email stating that it would ship Jan. 11th. Almost three weeks wait. Interesting.

Fedex does not deliver on Sundays. They have Saturday delivery upon request but Apple does not request Saturday deliveries so it is Monday through Friday only.
Ordered a 27" with the frills on 24th Dec.
Should be here in the first week of Jan according to the sales rep I spoke to. The extended time (over two weeks) is due to the holiday period and number of "official" bank holidays effecting the number of business working days in the UK.

I am a betting man and I would put a lot of money on the fact that your iMac will be "Out for Delivery" on Tuesday, the 29th.
I ordered a 27" i7 iMac on Dec. 19th. Apple shows an estimated shipping date of Jan 6. With some others having placed orders on the 16th and 17th that have now shipped, I'm hoping mine will be shipping in the next few days as well!
Mine just left Memphis, TN en route to New York, NY. It says estimated delivery December 29th 2009. Let's hope it gets to be delivered tomorrow...
Ok, so FedEX just showed my iMac as being in Phoenix. Delivery estimate STILL shows noon on Wednesday the 30th...

Mine is in the local fedex office too, so most likely today.
Hey guys. I'm from the UK and have ordered an i7 iMac with Apple Remote. The lack of any tracking at all is doing my head in. These are the details I have.
Ordered: 16th December
Shipping Est: 31st December
Delivery Est: 12th January
I was a bit annoyed by all that, but low and behold on Christmas Eve I get an email from Apple saying my order had shipped
Shipped: 24th December (25th in Shanghai)
Delivery Est: 7th January
The status hasn't changed since, and I have no tracking information at all. I'm starting to regret ordering the Apple Remote with it as it says they will 'Merge-in-transit'
Also of note, Apple had taken the money out of my available balance prior to it shipping. Now the money has gone back into my account??
Any ideas how I can track this mother?

My return order was placed the 21st
It has shipped the 26th (Day after X-mas) and is already at the local fed-ex facility and will probably be delivered today.
So that is less than 7 days including the holiday and the weekend.
The original delivery date was scheduled for Jan 7.
I was hoping for a later ship date to see if they worked out the issues with the yellowing screen.
I will be getting a week 52. Hope it is ok.

As standard procedure in the UK. You'll probably get the tracking info on the day of delivery as I did. Until then you get nothing useful.
On the plus side the remote is quite nice
