Maybe it isn't Apple's fault but your fault for not being realistic and able to contain your excitement? Apple said it would ship in November. It never said everyone would get their iMac on "November X" or that everyone would get them on the same day around the world. Sorry, this isn't Santa Clause doing his job on X-Mas Eve. All that Apple said is that they would ship in November. That is all. Based on logistics and location of its largest customer base, it will ship according to how they feel they can best fill orders. If they have 100,000 orders going to NA and they can fill a FedEx plane bound for Anchorage, AK why not do that rather than send 70,000 and then send another 30,000 on two different planes elsewhere in the world? It is all based on logistics. More people ordering in NA means that they can ship more there.
FYI, if you know the history of the Sony PS3 it was actually suppose to ship worldwide in November 2006, but they ended up "delaying" shipment to Europe until March of the following year.
