Waiting for 27" Quad to SHIP thread

Just got an email saying my i7 shipped today from Shanghai with a delivery expected on Nov 16th. FINALLY!

My order # started with W653 for those who care.
 
Just received shipping notice. Departs on 11/11 and delivers "by" 11/16 to Las Vegas, NV. i7 stock. Ordered 10/23

Just checked FedEx site and it indicates delivery by 10:30 AM on Friday 11/13

From Montreal... I received my prepared for shipment email and "notification of shipment " with tracking number. 15 4gb 1tb keyboard french canadian. Ordered 10/28 ! Shipped by UPS 2-3 days shipping but it is written : delivers nov 18! Hope it will be here by friday
 
For everybody with a tracking # -- how long after the "prepared for shipment" was the thing actually shipped?

Already bored with my "prepared for shipment" excitement of the day. lol.

Yeah, how long does it take... got my "Prepared for shipment" 2 hours ago and already I can't wait for the Tracking ID :cool:

My status changed at about 12pm and then about 12am that day I got my tracking number..

Been watching this thread since its inception and yes, I've ready every post (well, I've skimmed through a lot of them) but I've been faithful...waiting for that one day when the shipping process begins.

And now it looks like it has!!!!

Ordered i7, 8 GB, 2TB, wired keyboard on 10/20/09 just before 10 am PST. I live in San Diego. No charge showing on CC yet. This morning status changed to "prepared for shipment."

This evening at 10 pm I received email from Apple and tracking number. As others have posted, email states shipped 11/10 and arrives 11/16, but FedEx tracking shows delivery by 10 am Friday 11/13 (hopefully not a bad omen) :D
 
I am so fed up with checking the status every 30 min. Kinda jealous of all the ppl having theirs ship. SPECIALLY when i ordered mine like 22nd. i7 2TB. today i got TWO shipment notifications, the REMOTE, and the Extra WIRELESS keyboard. Both made my heart almost stop as i thought it was the imac.

Amazon Orders

Has anyone who ordered an i5 from Amazon heard anything from them regarding an estimated ship date?

I ordered an i5 from them on the 27th and haven't received anything from them.

Also, when I check the order status in the Amazon app on my iPhone, it gives an estimated ship date of December 28th, 2009. Hopefully this is just a placeholder date!
 
27" i7 BTO has shipped!

I'm in Ohio, USA for what it's worth...and delivery is scheduled for 11/13/09!

No, don't have the tracking # yet. I was just pointing out that FedEx is delivering on Veterans Day so the Holiday won't be delaying any deliveries already in transit.

darn it! and I was getting my hopes up.
I'll still be checking my local Apple stores every day this week tho ;-)
