Have I told you how much I like this?

Thanks for hepping me to it!

Delighted that you are enjoying it.

Listening to 'Exile on Main St." by the Rolling Stones, it is a double album.

'Sticky Fingers' album from the Rolling Stones is playing now.

I know that feeling. Some nights, you just want to revisit the sounds and memories of a specific time.

I was watching The Madness of King George and this was playing at one point, Samson (Act I): Sinfonia, HWV 57: I. Andante - Adagio.

So I downloaded it from iTunes. Great film, great soundtrack.

I thoroughly enjoyed that movie (great cast, too), and agreed, an excellent soundtrack.

And a very good morning to you, too, @pachyderm.

For Baroque music, Bach, Handel, and Scarlatti all offer wonderfully rewarding listening experiences. Personally, I also love Soler (try listening to the Fandango). And Pachelbel's 'Canon' is sublime.

Following a discussion elsewhere on these threads - a photograph of Battersea power station among other things - it seems appropriate to listen to the wonderful Pink Floyd, and their fantastic album 'Animals' from the late 1970s.

Thank you, Cher Lloyd for reminding me of how hauntingly beautiful this song is, especially in the light of Jo Cox and the Pulse in Orlando:
