My card got charged today. But dates went from "Nov 30 - Dec 7" to "Dec 16 - Dec 23".
Same with me.
Ordered Nov 8; payment (via PayPal with linked bank debit card + cash in PayPal account) showed as "pending authorization" early morning Nov 22
~2:00AM Nov 25, received shipping notice email with link to UPS tracking. As expected, UPS tracking was not available
Sometime later Nov 25, PayPal showed the transaction as a completed payment (*my bank continued to show it as a pending transaction); the cash I had in PayPal was applied, and PayPal cash balance has shown as $0.00 ever since.
Now, more than 100 hrs since receiving shipping notice email, UPS tracking still says
My bank no longer shows the payment....at all. Not completed, not pending.... Ughhh. PayPal continues to show this as a completed payment.

Ouch, I got charged on Friday, but still shows as pending on my bank. Order status is still in processing, and dates still show 29th November - 6th Dec... hoping it doesn't slip to next year.

My tracking number took from Tuesday until Sunday night to finally work in the UPS system. Things are just quite clogged right now and I would seriously not stress it. And then before that it said shipped for multiple days on the Apple website and I got a text message from Apple saying shipped. Only finally on Sunday approximately a week later did a scan actually show up saying that UPS was just now waiting for the package. That is not shipped. And I believe they are doing the best I can but things are a little bit out of order. And it is finally moving now
Of course my package would get stuck in Shanghai since the 22nd lol Anyone else have similar delays?
It was supposed to be delivered on Friday by fedex but still stuck in Shanghai now it just says updated delivery: pending
UPS tracking # finally shows scans. Not sure I buy that I'll actually have this machine by thsi Friday, but just nice being out of the information blackhole.
Our machines must be on the same plane. I have the exact same info for delivery and UPS status except mine says it already moved beyond clearing and is in Shanghai.
Mine is a replacement. Expedited. Apple showed “Shipped” on Tues Nov 23 with an invalid UPS #. Finally, just before midnite Thanksgiving, UPS confirmed. Since the 27th, it’s been sitting in Shanghai. Don’t know why. When you note the times, remember, they are 13hrs ahead of EST. Why has it been sitting there since Saturday? I have no idea. And neither does anyone else.

Ordered 16" Macbook Pro M1 Max 2TB on November 9 with 3 Apple Gift Cards. Yesterday, November 29th, says preparing for shipping. Date of delivery has still not changed from Dec 9th-16th though initially, it said something like Dec 18th-24th or so. Hoping it will come a little earlier!
Edit Dec 1: Macbook Pro 16" has shipped! It's in SHANGHAI CN now and scheduled for delivery on December 10th.

That is exactly how mine has looked for about 36 hours now. We pray. I could see it still getting here on the 3rd but it certainly looks a little dimmer.
Oh boy, what a mess. Got a notification from Apple that there was an issue with the payment on my card. Had to call them. Turns out that they couldn’t hold the payment on the Mastercard into next month (tomorrow) and tried to make a new one but since the old reservation hadn’t cleared yet, that was not enough credit balance to make the new one (technically having two big ones in flight at the same time). Had to transfer some funds to the card while Apple was on hold, then it worked. Still on processing so no movement really. 
Yeah... I most certainly am NOT expecting mine to get to me by the UPS quoted Dec 3 date. I won't do that to myself, hahahaha!
Based on plenty of other posts, I expect it to sit in Shanghai for a few days before it actually moves again. I THINK it goes to South Korea, then Alaska? Anyway, I won't get excited til tracking shows it's at least in the U.S.
From what I heard there is a huge backlog of flights from Shanghai due to covid. They canceled hundreds of flights so don't be surprised if yours get delayed too even with ups

My 16” M1Pro has been sitting in Shanghai for nearly FIVE DAYS! Do we know why? The indecisive ambiguity from both Apple and UPS is getting tedious. Took me less than 24hrs to get a shipping label and return my DEFECTIVE COMPUTER to Apple via FedEx. They were in possession of it THREE DAYS LATER. The first defective computer took two weeks to deliver. The replacement is still in China, nearly a month later. And the BEST explanations come from here, or AppleInsider. Talking to Apple and UPS has been confusing and fruitless.
if anyone knows any specifics, please shed some light. I just paid my second payment.
