Yep... I loved Dishonored and that is partly why I bought Thief hoping it would be similar. Not so much. :(

I managed to play through the entire dishonoured as a stealth ghost pacifist and loved it. It was challenging but always felt like mistakes were my fault and not because of dodgy npc's scripting.

Likewise the city in Thief whilst detailed is so lifeless.

The menu selection on the trackpad is awful, implemented so badly meaning it's simply cumbersome to use.

And the bugs.. Omg the bugs. Voices from npc's completely out of sync, full motion video that's choppy etc..

Wanted to love it and now left thinking meh... Feels like it needs a MAJOR patch to improve it.

Going back and playing games I missed out on the older consoles.

PS3 - Batman - Arkham Asylum

X360 - Fable 2

Wii U - Finished Super Mario 3D World main story but now just collecting stars and unlocking the hidden worlds. Have invested 30+ hours into this game for only 178 stars. Could play it forever.

PS Vita - Just finished Killzone: Mercenaries. Have put it aside for now

Nintendo 3DS - Pokemon Y - Another game I could play forever. Such is it's addictiveness.

Xbox One - FIFA 14

That's disappointing. It was one of only two retail games I would actually buy for PS4 at this point...now I am left only with Tomb Raider. Of course, this would require me to buy a PS4, which are still impossible to find around here...

Hopefully Thief will hit Plus at some point, I would still like to try it.

It's not a bad game - it's just decidedly average because of everything it gets right it messes it up with clumsiness.

Beat Stick of Truth today. 10-12 hour game with zero replay value but that 10-12 hours is the most I've been entertained in a while. Game is funny as hell

Moving onto Titanfall

Rented South Park: The Stick of Truth and beat it last night. As a fan of the show for years, this was a really joy to play. It may not offer a very long play through, but it's really funny and worth at least one play through. I plan to replay it in the future as another class with another rental or when it's around twenty dollars or so.

Back to Lightning Returns.. This game stresses me out.

Playing Diablo III on the 360.

Halfway through act 2, and it's kinda meh.

Question: between DeusEx:HR and Dishonored, which should I get into next?

I couldn't get into DeusEx at all, gave up after two hours. So my obvious vote is Dishonored - fantastic game! :)

Thanks, I'll give it a go! I already bought them both at deep discount, wasn't sure were to focus next. I was really looking forward to Thief, but the reviews and this forum are not discussing it favorably at all. Dishonored it is!

Good choice. Dishonoured was one of the best games of last year...

PS3:
- Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch

PC:
- Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
- Hero Siege
- TAKEDOWN: Red Sabre
- Path of Exile

Well i'm going to give a chance to Takedown, seem a semi-funny game. Finally will start POE!

PlayStation 4:

Finished Outlast, now onto some more Battlefield 4 which I am surprisingly getting better at :) then from Friday, providing Amazon deliver, I'll be playing Infamous Second Son and cannot wait!
I have been playing Trine 2 in 3D also. And I have been playing Tomb raider Definitive Edition but will go back to it after Infamous and some more BF4 fun.

And im hoping my Sony PS Gold headset arrives tomorrow?

Is the BF4 premium pack worth it?

Continuing on with my slow journey through Assassins Creed, I've just started number 3 on Xbox 360. It's the first time I've been reluctant to play one of these after all the crap it got. Connor definitely lacks the charm of Ezio and renaissance Italy is still the location to beat...but it's an OK game. This one definitely feels like it's broader in scope, the story is a bit more fleshed out and the mechanics are alright. I think this is going to take a while to get through, I'm roughly 6-10 hours into the game so far and it seems to have just opened up.

Also picked up a copy of Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver for my brother. Gold/Silver/Crystal were one of the best generations IMO, and since I didn't have a DS I missed out at the time. Now I can finally revisit them with my 3DS, added bonus being I can trade across some awesome 'Mons into X without going through the GTS which sucks ass because people want unrealistic trades.

EARTHBOUND.

I've had a choral rendition of Eight Melodies for years. Always loved it, never even gave a thought to playing the game. So I picked it up on the Wii U and it's just great, isn't it?

Also: Luftrausers on the Vita/PS3!

Just getting tired of Skyrim again after playing excessively for the past month or so - too bad that they are *******s about any further DLC. Coming up - South Park and - while I couldn't care less about soccer - FIFA 2012 (explicitly this one as my best friend from Germany plays it like crazy and is coming over in the summer, I must prepare).

No kidding! It's such a huge game, with such a large and devoted fanbase. They could release DLC every two months and I would gladly pay top dollar for it.

This is the primary reason I am finished with console gaming. With a good gaming PC, things like mods and the steam workshop allow fans of a game to play it for years and years (and, for free!).

And no, ESO is nowhere close to what I want when I think of my love of Skyrim.

If I could find a PS4 for sale somewhere... Honestly, I think they are pushing ot with the "shortage" thing.

Best Buy and Amazon have them. Just go to best buy.com and put in your zip see if stores near your house have them. I got one from best buy this past monday.

Second son is a great game, and it looks beautiful. the online videos don't do it justice. The power effects are crazy good

No such luck here in Germany. Amazon just finally caught up on their preorders last week. The bigger Bestbuy-esque electronics stores occasionally get a few units in, but they always sell within minutes. I have yet to actually see one in a store.

Oh you are in Germany. Hopefully you will get some in stock soon.

Anyone else pick up Infamous Second Son ?

First next gen title that has made my jaw drop graphically ...

Yup... picked up my pre-order yesterday. I had it pre-ordered since I pre-ordered the PS4.:p

I love the game play of InFamous games... but when you add nice graphics... sexy...

Currently playing InFamous Second Son on the PS4, and Titanfall on PC.

Currently, I'm playing Etrian Odyssey Untold. I've been staying with friends since January (one long ass vacation), so I have like a pile of games accumulating back home. When I get back home, i'll have available to play;

Lightning Returns,
Infamous Second Son
Ground Zeroes
FFX/X-2 HD collection

That'll keep me busy until ESO comes out.

I picked up Infamous Second Son as well, but I am unfortunately distracted trying to get to level 50 for the first time in Titanfall. There's an Xbox Live challenge to hit level 50 for the first time in Titanfall by the end of March. I know once I start Infamous, I won't be able to stop and end up missing this doable challenge. :p
