Better graphics showcase for PS5: Ghost of Tsushima or Far Cry 6?
As of now, Ghost of Tsushima is a very striking game visually. I also question what type of TV that you’re playing on, HDR/4K is a crucial part to that experience. As for FC6, I will be venturing very soon and will give feedback.

A 55“ OLED tv, capable of 4k and HDR.
OLED or LCD is perfectly acceptable, it really is the 4K element coupled HDR that will make a difference. On top of that, Sucker Punch (GOT developer) invested in a game that is highly visually detailed, especially with the sun lighting so many different scenes with the whole outdoors element.

Finally decided it was time to finish Breath of the Wild by beating the end boss. Clocked in at about 200 hours played, with a completion score of 50.6% (Really!? o_O). Will likely let it sit for quite some time, before I tackle any DLC or try to increase my completion percentage, because things got a quite repetitive at the end. Exploration was still as awesome of course, and I find it amazing that I still found areas I haven't been through, after all that time.

Next up, Final Fantasy VIII, also on Switch.

Finished Assassin's Creed Valhalla and all the DLC's. 129 hrs. Still a lot of gear to find and stuff, but I'm good. Not going for the platinum this time.

Next Up: Deathloop
129 hours?! Judas Priest man.😁 I think the most I logged was maybe 65 hours. Granted, I didn’t play the DLC.

I play pubg. Got me a whole setup with a controller and some l1/R1 buttons. Plays great on my 13pm. Minus the heating issues which I hope gets resolved in future beta updates.

I'm just finishing the France DLC and have 150 hours in.
I’m glad we have this small console forum, where we can all talk about our longtime gaming addictions putting many hours into these games, where I feel accomplished. I wish my wife understood me the way others do on here.😁

[She really does, but refuses to admit it. 😁]

Just finished Tomb Raider definitive edition and started Rise of the Tomb Raider. Also dabbling in Forza Horizon 5 here and there.
I loved those Tomb Raider games. I also picked them all up at once during a discount last year and loved them all. The last one even had some epic Hollywood-type scenes. Really nice. Read somewhere they're working on a new one.
It's on my top list of favorite games. Loved Odyssey so much, and Valhalla just couldn't get into ( I still put 60 hours into it, but have no drive to finish it at all.)
Valhalla is a different approach. I still prefer Odyssey and Origins to this one, but I did like the the things they added like the raiding. Ransacking a village/abbey with the boys is a fun thing to do. Only wished they'd add more destruction mechanics. Now everything is a ablaze but come back the day after and it's just black but every house is intact. Would be cooler if some houses were really burnt down.

I'm succeeding in turning mine into a gamer! She's into the Harry Potter universe and I installed my PS4 in the living room at my "homeworking desk" and got her Lego Harry Potter. And these last nights she's been playing Harry Potter and going nuts when she achieved stuff in the game. Did have to help her with the first bosses since she didn't manage on her own, but she's getting there...
And I got to play Deathloop all night on the PS5  win-win

And talking about Deathloop; it wasn't love at first sight. It was weird and somewhat confusing. Lots of characters, mechanics, menus, etc in a short time, but after a couple of hours I got "settled" in the universe/mechanics and now I'm liking it. Can't wait to start playing again later today, and still waiting for @MisterSavage to pop up in my game and shoot his "other word for donkey".

Haha, I did have some problems with the game connecting to their servers after putting my PS5 in stand-by. Had to manually change the status from offline play three times before it connected again.
Must say I'm enjoying the game more and more now that I'm acquainted with the mechanics/menus.

Deathloop? I looked at the demo trailer Blankstar. I heard of it, but it was kind of more of a quiet release from Bethesda. It makes me think of something like Borderlands a little bit.

I don’t know if anybody has played ‘Rage 2’, that was also co-created with Bethesda, and you have similar abilities where you can shoot all different types of guns, but have telekinetic powers to move objects/NPC’s and have really gory kills. It looks like it’s very similar. But I really enjoyed Rage 2. So it looks like I’ll add another one to the queue.😁

Been trying to play Dead Army 4, but it crashes back to the XBox home screen as soon as you kill the Flamer at the beginning of the Molten Nightmare chapter.

Played through Exo One, which is one of the most beautiful looking games around, and has a super interesting movement mechanic.

Way more like their other Dishonored games than Borderlands. You can go in guns blazing but I played it as stealth.

btw, does it get announced if it's a player entering? Juliana entered my game two times last night but not sure if it's a player or just the game itself...

It does not show text saying that. When the round is *over* they display who invaded your game if it was a human.

Just started playing the Demon Slayer on Ps5 and love the game so far CyberConnect2 really made this game the best anime game, in my opinion.

I have exclusively played Forza Horizon 5 on my Series X since it was released. A magnificent game and experience they even my girlfriend and her 5 year old daughter enjoy playing.

One of the greatest achievements of the game is scalability. It's remarkable that it's playable on Xbox One but looks properly best gen on the Series X.

The benefits of scalability across hardware is obvious: More players, bigger and more communities = Continued revenue from discontinued hardware.

Minecraft, Roblux and Fornite have large reach be a se they are playable on many different types of hardware.

Going forward I expect some first party Microsoft titles to playable on older console. Basically, MS doesn't care what hardware you play on as long as you subscribe to gamepass. :)
