Still playing and thoroughly enjoying the Dead Space remake. I also tried Far Cry 6 over the weekend as it was free to play, not sure about it, it's on sale so may get it. Guess it could be interesting? Has anyone else played Far Cry 6? What did you think of it?
Fun open world game, but the missions are a bit repetitive.

I started playing Destiny 2: Lightfall. It's been... okay, though I think I'll have to wait until the next season for the game to really start being good again. 😅

Finished the main story of Hogwarts Legacy. Solid 8 out of 10. There are some smalls things here and there that could've been better, but liked the game a lot. Enough to do all the remaining sidequests and maybe even go for the Platinum Trophy. And then the question will be: what backlog game shall I play next. Thinking of The Witcher 3.

Also playing Horizon on the PSVR2, awesome stuff!

Wife picked up Elden Ring, so I got sucked back into that recently. We're almost done with the game. After that I think I am finally going to start Theatrhythm or Triangle Strategy on the Switch. And then have Wild Hearts to go through. Spring is stacked.

Wanted to start The Witcher 3, but after Hogwarts Legacy I felt like something else than an RPG and wanted something shorter, so I started Resident Evil 7. Played for an hour and almost had three heart attacks. What a lovely game!

And also Horizon VR in the mean time. Awesome stuff but I need to go to the gym more because yesterday I was exhausted after climbing for 20 minutes and battling three scrappers 😅

Played for about 30 minutes in VR at a friend's house and decided I didn't need that kind of stress in my life. :D

Metroid Prime: Remastered for the Switch is what I'm currently playing after work. Great memories of this game from back when it launched on Gamecube.

After I wrap this up, I think I'm going to jump back into my saved game from Cyberpunk2077. I stopped playing when the game launched because it was such a mess, but the PS5 upgrade seems to run much better.

I just got an Xbox Series X, so in addition to playing some of my old backward compatible Xbox 360 games that will run, I am playing Forza Horizon 5, GTA V, and especially the new FX pinball.

One-and-a-bit chapters into RE4. Alas, I have to go out tonight, and need to have dinner before that, so it's really going to have to wait for the weekend!

I just played the chainsaw demo and man was that intense even though I knew what the village was going to be like. :D

Kirby's Return to Dreamland. A very fun platformer with puzzles and combat mixed in ^-^ I've completed Main and Extra mode and now trying out the True Arena

My favorite ability throughout the series has to be Beam... It's so fun being a little wizard guy shooting zaps of lightning at enemies. It's great for dodging and air movement as well

I’ve been trying to (finally) finish Persona 5 Royal on my PS4 (didn’t renew the PS plus subscription so I am stuck playing it on the PS4). Also bought it for the switch when it came out late last year, but don’t think I can be bothered to put another 130hours on content I’ve already played. On the switch, I’ve been playing Kirby and the Forgotten Land. It’s a very fun game for when you just want something quick and fun. Other than that I’ve also been playing a bit of World of Warcraft on the PC (both WotLK Classic for nostalgia sake and retail). Just occasionally logging in and playing for an hour or two.

Diving deep into Elden Ring…it’s freaking huge.

I can’t say that I really like the open world formula better than their other Soulsborne games. Their strength was always super intricate level design, and I feel that’s being a little diluted here. Still an amazing game though, having a lot of „fun“! :D

It shouldn't, but it still amazes me how much good content in ER is completely missable.

From last time....

Hades (Sw) - 115 escape attempts/runs. 35 successful escapes. I was going to finish out 2 more bonds forged, 2 Prophecies/achievements, and try out some of the other weapon aspects. However, getting a bit burnt out on this so at the very least, we'll put it on hiatus for a few days to a few months.

Exit The Gungeon (Sw) - no meta-progression, but games are very quick (4 to 13 minutes), so that does help make up for it! Yet to beat this though

StarCraft 2 (PC) Coop mode - just going through the motions. This being online, and requiring to play with someone else has the benefit of more longevity (especially given the game stopped getting new content back in Oct. 2020)
