Even the fastest TiBook cannot cope with the expectations in any web-browsing.
Nor with Classilla neither with TFF.
To choose a TiBook over the fastest PowerBook-G4 (the DLSD) has not been wise.
Thinking too much about that too much is also not an option!
(full stop)
Any 15" Core2Duo MBP from late-2008 or later (c2duo!) or a/THE mid-2012 15" MBP would be the machines, that might cause lesser pain, than those ones, you've already tried.
No intel i5/i7 15" MBP from 2010-2011! No early-intels (up to early-2008)! All of them are prone to GPU-failure!!!
Forget about the combination of Your TiBook and Web-Browsing. That's only a source for getting depressions.
The Ti-Book is fine for os9 (and more), but severely limited, when it comes to compressed-video and web-browsing.
PowerPC is either a specialized tool, a piece of collected computing-history or a toy, but no such think to make you happy with internet-browsing, cloud, commercial-video-streaming etc.
Please take that advise...

Hi, I may try Dronecatchers grease monkey script and view something to try and watch some youtube. I also will be getting another PB G4 1.67 soon, but for some reason I just wanted a TI G4. So far, nothing is artifacting. However, I guess I can live with the one speaker not working. I have also a 2011 MB Pro with a bad battery - not ideal for web browsing or anything else. I also have a 2012 Macbook Pro - bad memory chips though are preventing the thing from letting me install Catalina.. Strangely, it works great on Mavericks.

Oh, there are some problems to be sorted out ...
First existing hard- & software, second expectations and available capabilities.
I'd like to give some advise, but unfortunately that's across the ocean.

What do you mean problems sorted out ? With view tube?
No, first that TiBook (and also PB-DLSD) are no machines, that meet current specs for web-browsing.
They are good for a lot of other things ...
Second, that your 2011 MBP is one of the GPU-failure-prone machines.
Third, that your 2012 MBP seems to be the best option, but somehow has some problems. Well, that's the machine, you'll have to focus on.

Oh, my 2011 never had this video issue, but nevertheless it has a bad battery and my trackpad is pushed upward.. so it’s not being used currently.

I did already.

I hardly use this since I have a 2012 and a 2015.. I may retire the 2012, as I am cutting down on the Macs I have. I even have a G5 Quad not being used currently.
Retire the mid-2012 MBP because of bad memory-chips and because you cannot upgrade to Catalina !?
If that is a non-retina quad-core i7 MBP9,1 it is by far the best horse in your stable !!!
My MBP9,1 is my finest and fastest machine and meant for havy workloads.

I have also a 2015 MacBook Pro retina dual graphics with a 512GB MSATA-PCIE drive. This may replace the 2012, however one issue I am having with the 2012 is Catalina isn’t installing - the memory is bad as I need to replace the 2 8Gb 1600 MHz memory - I wonder if that’s why it’s stating “cannot be installed on your computer” - it is currently running Mavericks ironically even with the bad memory Mavericks runs on it. I have a 512GB Samsung EVO 850.

So you're really not cut off the internet because of an old Powerbook/TFF struggling with YT and websites ... ;)
It's more a matter of getting focussed ...

As stated before, I have plenty of Mac power to browse the internet. I did some tweaking and disabled javascript and the G4 seems to like this and I can browse the net a lot better. True, I could use my Mac Pro next to me to browse the net which I do, but I also like the nostalgia of doing this on PPC macs. I am sure my Quad G5 would have no issues, though its in a box currently as I am afraid to hook it up due to its immense power which can raise my electric bill.

Well, then it's all right ... Postings a two weeks ago sounded seriously desperate and I was a bit concerned.
Great, everything is going to be fine now.

Good to hear that!
Stay focussed on the things, that really matter and on stuff, that is worth to put in effort and money.
(Well, now I also have to say thanks to myself for reminding me about that effort and money thing ...)

Quick question, for PowerPC macs using Webkit latest version, what is a good javascript blocker ? It seems that if I disable this, the whole internet is a lot faster, though I would lose the nice graphics that loads up with javascript.

Well, specifically on topic, I finally got around to setting up a proper FTP server on my G5, so now I can watch video off the 4tb drive I stuck on it using my tv through Kodi. Took some doing with PureFTPd Manager, and I'd tried to get Kodi to use SMB, but the ancient version of SMB 10.5 uses isn't supported by Kodi, so thank god for proper standards.

Use a custom host file - this kills most adverts before they even reach the browser:

i've basically been using my new dual 1.25 MDD as a daily driver. haven't actually touched my "main" computer at all today.
i've been watching youtube videos with PPCMC, browsing the web, chatting on irc & telegram web, playing games, installing and testing various programs, reading my rss feeds, even doing a lot of these things at the same time. the fact that this 18 year old computer can do all of these things and even multitask like this (at one point today i had over 30 windows open, including web browsers, microsoft office, rss readers, and other stuff, and it didnt even break a sweat) is amazing to me. i'm writing this post from tenfourfox right now actually.

Took my B&W G4 out the attic just before lock down and have been using it for the past three months. One thing i have been trying to accomplish, is convert a 6hr long m4a recording of a D&D gaming session to mp3. Had a few set backs, few people telling me to use a modern computer. But I managed to do it, all thanks to PPC Media Center. It's slow going, still looking in to if i can ramp up the speed, but got my first file converted last night.

While I've not been preoccupied with that, I've been writing in Bean and watching Star Trek Original series, all on the B&W.

Awesome! In fact, conversion speed will be significantly improved on G4/G5 in the next version of PPCMC 7.1.6 coming out later today.

Oh really? do you know if there is a way to increase the priority to the CPU or is it automatically governed. At the moment, a 6hr recording is taking my G4 500mhz about 6 hours to convert in to an mp3. I mean, I don't mind, because I'm using my machine for other things while it's converting in the background. But it would be nice if it was possible to chuck more CPU time at it.

Also where can I find the latest version of PPCMC?
