They were awesome for drawing, watching videos and casual surfing, but none of that is worth the mounting annoyances just get them to play nice. Some people swear by them, but they don't much suit me, I must say.

I am looking into a substitute today which will allow me to do those and much more, been thinking about said substitute for a year now. It’s time.

It’s certainly no slouch! It’s nice skipping releases for 6 years, then buying a maxed version. You really see the transition with Adobe and other programs.LOL... And maybe change my user name too I need something that has a full OS and that I can draw on.
I hope your Mac Mini is awesome.

eGPU? I'm not made of money! Fine for my needs. If I find its struggling on video (which I plan to get into a bit for Mrs AFB crafts), then I can add one later.Oh that is great.
How are the internal graphics with your photography? Or did you buy an eGPU?
I will be very much interested in your opinion about the keyboard.Reading reviews of the new MBA.
When I receive my tax rebate, I may well order a CTO maxed out version.

Im a midget so it’s more like a booster chatSure, they rock. And they are like rock, you can rely on them, just don't let them fall/step on your toe.
jk, nobody can knock you off your pedestal.
Good luck with it. Thinking about work stuff and my trip to Germany Tuesday morning. What’s on my mind working since an hour ago and I normally start at 9:00.
Am hoping supervisor will say okay since they are flexible here, and I can leave at 10:45 to see if this Best Buy will do exchange or refund.
Glad you’re okay. Will think the same for your devices.I was jolted awake this morning at 5:00 to a loud buzzing and a shower of sparks outside my window followed by the electricity shutting off. I then looked out my window to see an orange glow inside the oak tree by the fence. So my roommate and I are both up, about to call 9/11 when my neighbor bangs on the door and says he saw a fire. We all go into the backyard, everything is sopping wet, been raining all night, and we can see that the power line that runs through the oak tree has come loose and the end of it is on fire, a small smoldering fire, too wet to spread. My neighbor grabs the garden hose and aims it at the fire, putting it out. He then called PG&E for us. Power is still out, and I can see the limp wire hanging from the pole.
This is a morning I won’t soon forget. Hope my electrical devices are not fried and the surge protectors lived up to their name.
