Finally got to pop in my Pro Max in the Torras Slim Fit case but unfortunately it does not fit. The top part fits fine but the bottom portion of the phone pushes itself out of the case and the screen eventually peaks out over the lip of the case. Sucks because I’ve used these cases on my last two iPhones since they’re slim but still protective. Maybe the one I got was just defective?

it’s not just you, I got one and it’s got the exact same issue.

Did you notice that you can’t fit a Lightning charger through the cut out either? I’ve tried three different brands and even the OEM Apple one which is slightly thinner than Anker’s and it still won’t fit. What a launch for Torras. :p

I got the otterbox defender max pro from target that was on sale for $20 and with 5% off and rewards I got it down to $13.35 and taxes, with the added size and weight this thing can be really used for self defense..?

After trying both on my mini, I elected to return the Apple Leather and keep the Nomad. One it’s put on the phone the Apple feels more like cardboard than leather. I’ll enjoy my Nomad, and if I want to change things up I can always get the Nomad in black.

My apple saddle brown went back today as well as my apple silicone. My only case lineup is the natural Nomad. It’s been great so far and it’s already aging well. And I’m also with you, if I want to switch it up, I’ll order the rustic brown.

I didn’t try. The second I saw it didn’t even fit the phone I put right back in the box.

Same issue here. I ordered a few other types of cases from them and they fit better, but I like the super slim ones the best. I would imagine that gets fixed soon enough, have never had that issue with them on other phones.

Same with the Torras I had. Doesn’t fit.

Also disappointed with my nomad rugged case. The top is bowed up so you can see the case.
I went to Best Buy and got an insignia slim case. Thin, grippy and seems like a slightly thicker version of the Torras.
Happy with it so far.

That’s the same case I’m using. It’s really similar to the Meifigno case on Amazon, but it’s got a bit better grip and I like that the buttons are gray instead of black on the Meifigno.

It’s the only case I’ve tried so far that I actually like. I didn’t like the silicone or leather Apple cases I tried, the Ringke Onyx I got sagged at the bottom (but was perfect otherwise), and a couple of other cases just didn’t work for me.

The good news is that this is saving me a ton of money on cases this time around.

I wonder as to why the scratches are happening!? I just received mine, fits nice and I can manage the slick grip but your scratches issue is what worries me. Care to throw some light?
after removing the case once, ive noticed super fine scratches on the sides. they are veryyyy fine but its ALL over the phone lol. i have never used the phone naked so im assuming it all came from the case. have you checked if the same thing happened to yours?

I picked up a few for my 12 mini that I got today.

Spigen Liquid Crystal (clear): Picked this fairly early on just because it was cheap and I enjoyed some of the older Spigen cases.

Tech21 Evo Check (Blue): Got it at Target, a bit bulkier, but similar in idea to the Liquid Crystal. It's got grippier sides and you can swap out buttons for black or green. I had the old Belkin Grip Candy Sheer for my iPhone 5 (and later SE) and the quasi-vintage iMac blue and similar TPU design had me interested to check it out.

Both of these seem a bit tough to put on/remove, but I think it's more the design of these phones and how the cases attach. I think I was sort of expecting something like a 5/5S/SE, but the lack of a chamfered edge makes the cases fit bit more snugly and not willing to come off unless you work a corner off.

Apple Leather Case (Baltic Blue): It seems like most other Apple leather cases and has been discussed enough here. The closed-bottom reminds me of the iPhone 5S leather case and I don't mind the lack of a cutout. I'll probably use the top two more for now due to being able to use various wipes/disinfectants that might hurt leather.

I'm using an ESR glass screen protector and it's been fine enough after a few hours of use. One corner didn't want to stick real well after a few attempts to retrieve loose debris, but I didn't feel like making another attempt tonight.

My mom is looking for a nice leather case for her 12 pro max. Anyone have any suggestions besides the apple one?

Anyone know of any bumper style that are very thin and silver/metal like the silver iPhone? Only ones I find have ugly bumps on back to protect camera or a massive lip on front... i want slim and to respect naked iPhone look but have protection... I hate the skins you can put on the phones as they don’t work well... thanks!

I’m determined not to buy a load of cases this year (had about 20 for my 11 pro max) but have just got the Caudabe Sheath in black and it’s superb. One of the best cases I’ve used. Got it off an official seller off eBay for £27. I highly recommend.
