Exactly along the lines of what I was about to say…. I think I’m gonna have to order it.
If it’s a dark blue, that is the case for me. I can cancel all other orders.
Blue would tie in with the name ‘ink’ tbf
Same for me! I only wanted to get the ink case if it was predominantly navy blue as opposed to purple
Screw it I am just going to order a few and just return what I don’t like the look of in person. Not like I haven’t returned cases before.
I had to rewatch it with my brightness all the way up and that looks blue to me for sure. Unless something is wrong with the guys camera 🤣

He said it was a navy blue before he opened it and then at the end said it’s a very deep blue.
I’ve ordered it. Hope it doesn’t come through purple!
I am also sort of liking that Crimson Sheath. It doesn't appear to have ever been in stock today so I guess they are releasing that one later.
I quite like the cases that fill in the gaps between the camera lens. Like this one below.
Also I wish cases were available that effectively smoothed out the camera bump by having a thicker case (but obviously still having a slight lip to protect lens). Has anyone found a case that does this?

Haha. Im seeing the image on Apple’s site definitely purple. But the video and (hopefully) true to life is definitely dark blue
Yup def purple on the site which makes sense that they just released a dark purple phone. But that video and that picture posted on the mouse pad show otherwise in my eyes.
After 2 years, I took my case off my Xs Max, on the notion that I was ready to upgrade and any damage would be my excuse to replace it.
But I've now used it for 2 years without a case. I've dropped it many times on our hardwood floors and even on concrete, and it's fine. Not even any noticeable scratches.
Now I prefer a bare phone and won't go back. The iPhone is a beautiful work of art. And it's that much more enjoyable to use and see it, just as it was designed and intended.
Granted, it was awkward at first - even though I was looking for an excuse. Old habits die hard. But these phones are much tougher than when they first came out.

Someone correct me here if I'm wrong, but dimensions wise, the 14 Pro is the same size - height and width - as the 13 Pro, yes? I ask, because if I do get the 14 Pro, I'd be coming from the 11 Pro.
If they are the same size, then I wouldn't have to wait for new cases to be made, as I could just order my go to case, which is the BookBook by TwelveSouth.
I thoroughly enjoy the Security by Obscurity aspect the BookBook gives, and the ones for the iPhone and iPad completely match up with the BookBook I have for my MBP. The good part here is that my 11 Pro is completely paid off, so I could trade in for a decent discount should I jump on it now. But if the case doesn't fit due to differences in the dimensions, I'll wait until the new ones come out before getting the phone.
