Wow disappointed with Caudabe.Just demand an exchange. Usually they will not even want the original case back and will send you a replacement out straight away.
I emailed them asking if I could exchange the defective case with the very hard buttons for the new green Synthesis case since they are the same price. They are asking me to place an order for the new synthesis case, cut up the defective case and send them a pic of it cut up and they will send me the replacement case and refund me for the new order once that has be done.
I mean what is the point of all of that? The case is defective. I have no issue if they want me to send the case back first and once they received it and tested it, they will then replace it. Why should I have to place a new order and then send them the order number, that is long...
