Got my two sheaths today. Man they feel a lot better in hand than they used to. Nice cases, really. Played with Pitaka I got for a min; literally like having no case. Neither sheaths nor Pitaka could survive any real drop. Haven’t messed with Leather Solid Suit, Carved or Bodyguardz Ace yet.

How does it compare to your buddy's Pitaka MagCase Pro? Kinda wondering about the grip comparison..and the carbon fiber "feel" comparison. I keep imagining Aramid carbon fiber to feel like a fabric..
I'm totally satisfied with my Loopy Max. The only 2 cases left I'm a little interested in is the Mous Limitless and Pitake MagCase Pro.. Must resist!
The pitaka adds some grip with all the contrasting molded edges but that’s it. The back of the Mous feels like suede maybe. It’s a weird texture. I’m just shocked how small this case feel on an Xr. That has been my problem with the Xr dimensions, being wider.
I also take back what i said about the fingerprints. While i don’t actually have any yet, I do see smudges. The magnet mount is awesome super sturdy and small so it doesn’t take up any space on the dash.
Wow the Mous case really let me down today. All 3 of my Mous cases are currently in the garbage.
Freak fall that landed on the side edge where the Mous dips down. Broke the screen protector, chipped the glass, and dented the stainless side. All from a drop the Apple leather should have survived.
The damage is completely hidden with any other of my cases but I am sure the IUP will make me get it replaced before return.

That lowered side always annoyed me...and now I know why...lol
Ouch! Yeah, I also don’t like the lowered sides in terms of protection. It just takes one wrong fall in the wrong spot. Guess I’ll put both the Mous and the Pitaka MagCase Pro out of my mind...
Whoa really? Damn. Sorry man. I love the lowered middle as far as feel goes but I do look at it and wonder if I get a complete flat fall will my screen survive. I have a 2.5d glass screen protector on and it appears just exactly flush with the sides. The mount has me sold for now. I hate mounts that close or clasp on phones. Love the magnet small and somewhat hidden but secure. For now this is my case but we’ve all said that before, right?
I’ve easily dropped my Apple Leather Case from higher with no where close that damage as well as Midget Vader

I’m so sorry. That’s just really bad luck unless those mous videos of torturing the case are staged.
Guess it speaks for the need for some lip all around. (That’s why I didn’t want to go with an apple case). The question is how much is enough to (I have 0.2mm with my Sheath)

I've gotten a card case for all of my past iPhones (Benito and Distil Union), but I think I'm going to pass on getting one this time. I don't have much of a social life, so there's no need for me to have my cards with me at all times.
anyone out there have the OtterBox Traction? how does the size of it compare with the Symmetry (thickness and width, in particular)?

Midget Vader is dope! Element Rally is fantastic same with Element Enigma or even the Element Illusion.. All fantastic options for super protection that’s not bulky

Fun news from Caudabe:
they will issue me a full refund for the Synthesis that arrived scratched up. i also don't have to send it back.
to receive a full refund, i need to destroy the case and send pictures showing the destruction! (they suggest i cut it in half or take a knife to the back)
i'm impressed with this creative solution and will gladly do it tonight (when i get home since i am currently using the Synthesis)
i can send pictures tomorrow if people are interested in seeing how strong the case is and/or how sharp my scissors are... good times!

i am still torn on the Symmetry. i don't like how the soft rubber pulls away easily at the volume and power buttons. (probably doesn't affect protection but i'm guessing it allows more dust to get in) i'm also not sure about the shallow/flat buttons. very responsive in my quick tests, but i think that might take some getting used to.
