I’ve been searching for a clear case that don’t add bulk and also don’t turn yellow. I think I finally found that case. I’ve had this case for 2 months with no scratches on the back, it’s not yellow and it sit flush with the camera.

I tried two different wireless chargers (Samsung and Anker) and neither worked with my wife’s XS with the Mous on. She has the seashell back. Both wireless chargers work fine with my phone wearing the Evutec. With hers it’ll start to charge then 5 seconds later it stops.

Update on the evutec- the case is nice. The vent mount is utter garbage.
Yea I often use a Spigen adjustable magnetic mount instead of the one that it comes with.
It doesn’t stay together. Unlike most (pitaka, mous) it comes in 2 pieces. Mine doesn’t lock together. So the magnet comes off when you remove your phone. Poor job imo.
Interestingly, got an email from mous for 50% off accessories. So their vent mount is only $15. I’d rather pay for one that works.
The mount works very well for me for now, however it is very large compared to the other vent mounts. Would the mous mount work? I know that the mous case has like three magnets in specific parts of the case.
Duh. My wife put a magnetic plate in the case. She didn't know the case had magnets built in. That explains the wireless charging.
Sometimes it is frustrating, but 98% of the time I have no issues. Just difficult to line up the vent holder to the mount part and slide it up to lock. I haven't dealt with their Customer service, but it's worth a try to contact them and see if they will send you a replacement. You might have a lemon, but I understand your frustration. I was like that too at first, then got the hang of attaching the 2 parts.
Yes, the lenses are all threaded but they thread into the clip they come with or you can purchase the case and thread them into their case.
Anyone notice this new Evutec case that's just like the aramid shell such as the Pitaka Magcase but with covers for the buttons?

If I remember right, Pitaka was once the OEM for Evutec’s cases. Not sure if that’s still the case (no pun intended... lol)

Yeah, I remember hearing that before too. Something along the lines of the people behind Pitaka created Pitaka as a competitor after they stopped working with Evutec. They throw veiled shots at each other in their marketing occassionally.
For 12.99 i'm willing to see how this case is.

Wow, bad timing on me. Wish I would have read your post earlier. Just resolved issue with Pitaka, or I would have returned everything I bought and got this case. Looks just as nice, for a non protective case... very very similar but without the magnets/metal in case.
As I stated in previous posts, I'm gonna sell some XS MAX cases to pay for the overpriced Pitaka. Would prefer to sell them all in one lot, PM me if interested. All in great or like new condition, because I always went back to my Evutec.

Bought 2 of the cases, the carbon fibre and the leather. Love em both but one will have to be returned. Think the leather is my favourite so far. Great cases.

I used the RhinoShield SolidSuit for a few days, but I don't like it. The case adds too much bulk and weight for my liking. But the buttons are simply amazing. I believe the hype when it comes to the buttons. It's a shame that I couldn't get over the weight. I ordered another Totallee Clear (Soft) (I sold my first one earlier this year).
