Which case will you be getting for your new XS/XS Max? [MERGED]

I ordered leather cases in Black and Cape Cod Blue for pickup today for my gold Max. I changed my mind on the blue this past week and decided I wanted a Saddle Brown as I have had for my X this past year.
Apple mistakenly gave me a black folio case. There was a lot of conflicting info about what was in stock for the XS and XS Max and if they could even sell them before Friday. I took these home to await my Max even though I’m going to rock it naked most of the time.

Just picked up my new case at the Apple Store today. I’ve become a big fan of the Otterbox Symmetry series, however the Otterbox Statement caught my eye. Mirror image of the symmetry but a clear back and a leather grip piece. Not too shabby and it’s an Otterbox so max protection. What case did y’all get??

New to this forum and I was wondering if anyone would mention Loopy cases. I discovered them a few months ago and I am in love. They are awesome. I have a couple cases already and at least 10 loops. I love that you can change the look just by swapping a loop. Also they have the best customer service and super fast shipping. Highly recommend giving it a try. I’m a huge fan if you couldn’t tell.

How high is the lip on the front of the case?
I can confirm that wireless charging does not work well with the loopy case on. I tried it and you are much better just taking the case off.
Took a chance and ordered an Element Shadow case, I've never had or tried anything from Element so I'm a little skeptical.
People who've had element cases, did you like them? I like the buttons, at least they look like they'll be good and it's supposedly "drop rated" for whatever that's worth.
So my case tally so far is: Catalyst Impact, Apple Leather, Spigen NeoHybrid clear, Mous 2.0, and this Element Shadow. I'm trying all new things this time around (except for the leather) because my favorite case for the past 2 years doesn't exist anymore.
I really, really wish Evolutive Labs would make the OLD version of their solid suit, it was grippy, looked great and protected great while still being somewhat thin. These new versions just arent' the same

I had Element cases a while ago when the cases were like bike links. Then they got really expensive plus versions for new phones came out too long after release for my commitment. Their "tactical" cases are ridiculously overpriced, I have to think twice about paying $40 for a case so there's no way I'm paying $200 but most of their other ones seem reasonably priced.
I almost went with the Rally myself, going with Element's advertising the Rally is tougher than the Shadow. They supposedly threw it 10 times from a car moving 65 MPH.
Seems like a more realistic test than dropping a case from a 40 ft crane.

both my local apple stores have almost everything in stock right now. Might have to take a look
^this. I was surprised yesterday to see that most XS / Max cases were available at both stores in my area.
I felt those for the first time last weekend. I do not recommend them, they feel thin and cheap.
I prefer black, but they definitely break in over time and become less like a bar of soap.

I was thinking of this case too. Was wondering if it has the sleep/wake magnets to when opening and closing cover. Posted a question of Amazon but did not get an answer.
Just picked up the Forest Green for my XS Max. It is actually a little darker than online and I love it. So excited for tomorrow now!
