how thick is the Neo Hybrid?
Not very, in my personal opinion.
Offers a “not that bad” grip, has raised lips for both camera and screen.
It has a polycarbonate bumper and a TPU body.

You guys may want to go to the DMs. I got in trouble on here once for selling outside the marketplace.
[doublepost=1539040001][/doublepost]I’m probably going to pickup a symmetry tomorrow. I’m loving the phone with no case but if course I need good protection most of the time. So the case needs to be easy to take on and off. Good buttons and easy in and out the pocket. I might be able to get past the bottom lip. Maybe.

Let me know what you think of the symmetry.

Have you tried the presidio grip?

Yeah, will do. Have ordered. I got a £15 discount as I ordered a Philips Hue light yesterday for delivery today that didn't turn up. Rang Amazon to complain as it now said Wednesday. They said they'd reschedule delivery for tomorrow and gave me a £15 credit! Amazon has great customer service if you can be bothered using it. I think most people don't bother but as a Prime member I always give them a call if I don't get the stated delivery date. Makes the Pitika case £29.

Got my Pitika case. Very very slim. Close to using the XS case less. Great for scratch protection and small drops but not much protection to front of case or top and bottom. I’ve got AppleCare plus so this might be a good option.

Is it just me or is the stainless steel and glass very grippy? And all the swipes on the side and bottom feel amazing. Damn cases suck!

YES...It's Just You!...LOL!!!

Cell phones should be made with non-slip materials (Coating).

I H8 Cases, I H8 cracked screens even more. So, I have to have something that is Grippy to help prevent slipping out of my dry hands.

The Sheath I'm currently using is Pretty Good, Slim, Easy In & Out of pockets, Not Gawdy but only slightly Grippy. I'm still trying to find a Grippy-Rubbery-Tacky-Slim case that also doesn't leave the bottom open the way an Apple case is designed.

I've read product/brand advertising claiming that Liquid Silicone Gel Rubber Case's are Grippy then I read Customer reviews saying yes it's grippy then the next one says it's slippery!!! Drives me Crazy.

I'm only on my 3rd case, it looks so good it may end up with some grip tape for my Dry Paws!

New case today. The Otterbox Symmetry. Fantastic slim case. Otterbox has much improved this case over past versions.
So slim that the phone feels like there is hardly a case on it at all. The buttons have been redesigned and are now plastic inserts that work fantastic and are very tactile. A little slippery but I absolutely love this case.

I think the best of both worlds will be a solid bumper case. I used a RhinoShield one with my iPhone 8 Plus but rocking the Xs naked with a sleeve case right now.

is it concerning that the Symmetry doesn't have a rubber interior anymore? I ask, specifically because of my fear of scratching the back of the phone.

Very nice. I guess the new “thinner” branding is true. Glad to hear the buttons are improved as well. I was going to try to pick one up today but might not be able to make it to the store. If I remember correctly the sides are very grippy but the back is very slick. Still the case? I guess that’s good and bad. Helps it in and out the pocket but slides off things as well. Is it as thick as a speck? I’m sure it’s thicker than the Apple silicone.

looks really nice. do you have time to measure the dimensions of the case, in particular the thickness. one thing that looks really nice is the design the bottom ports to match the XS as opposed to having it symmetric for the X

I was thinking the same thing. I don't think it will scratch the back of the phone though. This is how they accomplished the slimmer design, did away with the rubber padding on the inside back.

I was undecided between the Simmetry and the Presidio Pro, but I ended up buying the second one!
I relied on the characteristics on the site and my personal taste on the color and the design, but I'm sure they are 2 very good cases!

Just got a transparent Peel case for my Max. I wasn’t expecting much - I usually have the Apple leather cases and like the extra purchase/width/grip, and hate dents or scratches on my device. But this fits really, really well, is just robust enough, and is genuinely invisible, and with a screen protector and the stainless steel of the max, I think I’ll give it a go for a while.
