My 11 Pro Max is awesome so I’ll just say if I was going to upgrade it would be the iPhone 12 Pro Max

Thinking of going smaller as talking about the popularity of smaller phones on here got me thinking of trying it ?

But we’ll see...

I’m going to wait and see what the phones are like, battery life, displays, cameras et al before making a decision

I’ll likely stick with my 11 Pro, but if I do get one it will likely be the 5.4” phone.

Battery life is #1 for me, as I have very long shifts where I depend on my phone frequently and the 11 Pro works flawlessly for my uses

I Suspect the 5.4 inch iPhone will also have very few color options, which likely will put a greater constraint pre-ordering with limitations. It’s usually some new slate or metallic color that is very popular, but I bet the 5.4 inch iPhone will have space gray, silver and black (Maybe some variant of gold as an alternative). I think the more colorful lineup will still remain for the iPhone 11 Lineup.

Looking like a dissapeointng release so far, going off the leaks and rumours, No LPTO display, no 120hz screen, smaller batteries. Looking more like a s release than a 12 release.

No one care about the stupid Lidar feature.

Got a buyer lined up for my XS Max, might end up selling for a reasonable price this year, instead of losing more money next year.

Most likely end up getting the 12 pro Max, hopefully 5g and lidar ain't the only standout features. ?
The only rumours are camera improvements and some big ones supposedly. Not much has come out really apart from more ram

I can’t see a worthy upgrade from the equivalent 11 to 12. Yet another pointless annual move imo, for the asking price. Just gifting Apple $$$.

5.4” will have a battery in the 2500-2900 mah range.
How do you know? I hope you're right.

The main reason why I want to upgrade is if Qualcomm come back to the 12 series this year. Dealing with Intel’s modem on my XS Max for 16 months has been a nightmare. I’m still frequently dealing with dropped calls, no signal and WiFi disconnecting.

Hello,

I wonder which version of coming iPhone 12 version will be the most suitable for me.

I stuck between IP12 Pro and IP12 Pro Max.

I do not know if 6.1 if will be enough. What do you think?

How about you?

Regards,
J.

As my iPhone X has replaced my computer and for the most part my iPad mini, I plan on going up to the 12 pro max. Hopefully this will bridge the gap between the phone and iPad for most if not all applications. Also it’s not that much larger than the regular 11, which I enjoyed for a couple weeks. And the battery boost is a huge plus.

As I indicated in other thread, I will not buy this year’s iPhone. Simply because I have already purchased 2 iPhone SE and 2 iPhone 11 since last September. My wife is super mad at me this time, so I am going to hold on plans of purchase new phones.

However, if I am going for new iPhone, I always go with the entry level. Therefore, it will be 5.4 iPhone 12 at bass storage.
