Will have to see them in person, but I'm aiming for the one with the largest display. Not very comfortable, but it kicks butt for media consumption and what not.

I was sure i would be getting the 5.4'' phone.

But thanks to work i had to test a bigger (android) phone for a while and it felt manageable.. and now my X feels very small....

So now i'm very confused.

I guess the question comes down to: how important is one handed use. i can barely do it with the X, but i think it would work fine with the 5.4''. but the screen would be even smaller.

So i'm either getting the 5.4'' or 6.7''.

I'll be getting the 6.1" 12 Pro

120hz screen, smaller notch and new frame at long last.

The 12 models are going to look like the X, XS and 11 Pro in 5.4" and 6.1" sizes, they'll just get A14, annual improved dual cameras and possible fast charger in boxes but nothing groundbreaking.

No way do they get the new frame, 120hz and smaller notch, thats a huge selling point for the pro models.

I have the 11 Pro 5.8" and could never go smaller now but I get the love for the 5.4"

I love my iphone 11, but only one thing bother me - size and weight.
iphone 12 5,4" will be definitely better in every one - except battery - they will probably put from 1900 to 2300 mah battery...

I currently have a note 9 and it is lovely having a big screen dont get me wrong but man it is heavy and mighty awkward in the pockets. I have had this since late 2018 and ready to downsize I think.

I am intrigued by the 5.4 and really really hope it has good battery to boot. I would go for Pro if it wasnt for both cost and size.. I like the look of the 11Pro, if apple were keeping that around I would happily go for that come september when I am due to upgrade! I fear though the 11pro will be dropped. I dont wish to get my next iphone from anywhere other than apple direct.

I will be getting a iPhone 12 Pro (small) if they have a 120hz displays, and a Google Pixel 5 if they dont. I like to switch between Apple and Google every year or so just to change things up, but 120hz display would be too nice to pass up.

Most of the rumours are pointing towards flat edges on all iPhone 12’s with 3D print leaks showing flat edges with dual cameras. I guess we’ll wait and see. I personally don’t care what the phone has as I’ve already decided the only iPhone I’m interested in is the 12 Max. Aesthetics are pretty far down the list of desirable features for me.

not just aesthetics though - those flat edges are so much easier to hold and use one handed!!

Flip-flopping between the two 6.1” models (it’ll come down to which one my work allows me to get ?).

Then the 5.4”.

Then daylight.

Then the impractical & stupidly priced 6.7”.

The one with ProMotion. So probably the 12 Pro 6.1. Although I'd really wanted to enjoy Max phones because of their battery life, but they are really too big for me. But let's see.

I have the iPhone X which I got when they were released, so it will be coming up 3 years by the time these come out, so due an upgrade.

I will go for the Pro 6.1 I think - the weight additions to the 12 (if similar to the 11 in difference) would annoy me, but if the screens are similar and the difference is £300-400, it will make it a trickier decision.

Quite excited about the new form factor of the squared edges, I think that will be pretty cool.

I like the iPhone and iPad combo, so will most likely go for the iPhone 12 5.4” model. Rumours also suggest that the smallest model will have the highest ppi of all the phones (475 ppi) so will have a super sharp screen (in theory, although oled sub pixel arrangement may make it actually just slightly higher than a LCD 326 ppl). I was hoping to completely skip the ”notch” generation of iPhones, but the flat edge design looks too good to miss out on.

I am not gonna be an early adopter of Apples first foray in 5G. The iPhone 12 is sounding like the iPhone 6s, it didn’t age well. 2023 is the year when I believe all the bugs will be smoother out.

The iPhone 6S was an amazing phone and apart from battery life of late, its still a great performing phone. Did you mean the iPhone 6?

I saw that article but the iPhone 7 is 1,960 mAh and compare their sizes. The 7 is on the right below and the 5.4 is in the middle. The 5.4's battery is 13.6% bigger than the 7's battery. 2,227 is not small for a phone that small. The XS is 2,658.

No ProMotion for this generation, the last I heard?
