Most of us won’t know until we see what they offer.

Probably true. But I think the 5.4 inch will be the clear winner this year. Factor price point, size and if it includes some crucial features of the ‘Pro’ models, it’s an obvious choice what will back-order first.

Hello,

I wonder which version of coming iPhone 12 version will be the most suitable for me.

I stuck between IP12 Pro and IP12 Pro Max.

They give you two weeks to decide upon purchase. YOU are the only one who will have to
live with it.

Hello,

I do not know if 6.1 if will be enough. What do you think?

How about you?

Regards,
J.

I make decisions on real world products after inspecting them in the real world.i like big phones but nothing is set in stone until the product is out.

Same for me. If I do upgrade, if they can shrink the body some on the 6.7 to get closer to the 11PM, I might go for that. Otherwise 6.1 Pro 128GB+ Hope they get the Cosmic Blue this time, or I will go Red if they have it.

Despite really appreciating the huge screen for months, by now my 11 Pro Max is just too big for me, too heavy (especially one-handed), and to unwieldy in my pockets. So I'm definitely thinking the 5.4 iPhone 12. In the meantime I'm even tempted to pick up a 2nd gen SE because it's so small and light, and Touch ID makes sense with mask requirements these days!

I'm coming from a XS Max. I'm still not sure which I'll get. I've come to realize that I really don't use it for much other than navigation, music, taking pictures, calling/texting now that I've been working from home the past few years (I have my ipad for that). So I don't need the best of the best anymore. However, it will highly depend on the difference between the cameras. It'd be nice to save some money.

Either way, I'd be getting the 6.1 phone.

Always the biggest for me. I can’t go back to anything below 6.X. Too small and crazy what you get used to and how the iPhone 5 seemed big once upon a time ?

If I was willing to upgrade it would be a smaller form factor phone so the 5.4inch iPhone 12 would be nice as Im switching to use my PC as a daily driver and using my phone as strictly phone use and messaging

It will either be the 5.4" iPhone 12 or the 6.1" iPhone 12 Pro. I vastly prefer the smaller size, but it will depend on the feature differentiation. If it really boils down to (1) aluminum vs SS, (2) Telephoto lens, (3) "XDR" vs regular OLED screen then I'll go with the iPhone 12, but I will miss the zoom lens. I'd rather have that than the Ultra Wide

I would say the 12 max will be the most popular phone this year. Could be at a price point which is realistic. I think the pro line will be overpriced for the differences between the two.

I have gotten used to a big phone so it’s looking like the iPhone 12 Max (non pro) version based on the leaks. I think the 5.4” will be the most in demand but it’s too small for me. I know a lot of people who will be interested in it though as the size seems to be very appealing.
