"Force pressing to initiate app switcher doesn't work so well with tempered glass screen protectors."

Yeah I wondered as much how tempered glass screen protectors would impact it.

Ok, got mine all set up and been using for about the past hour.
It's much faster and smoother than my 6 plus, which I found to be the laggyest iphone I ever owned. Speedwise, it feels on par with my note 5, maybe a hair faster. It took about 45 min. To restore from backup, i have over 500 photos/videos and 200 apps, usually this takes a couple of hours for everything to load and install. Touch ID is SUPER quick, I don't even see my lockscreen sometimes. Not sure how I feel about this since there are times I just want to see the notifications on the lockscreen and if it opens this quickly that might get annoying. Might need to use a different finger for those times.

That's it for now.

Edit: having trouble gauging how hard to press to activate 3d
Touch, hopefully will get used to after a while.

Tbh I'm getting pretty tempted.

If the Nexus doesn't hit the mark, I may just switch to iPhone 6S. Apple put a good shift in this year, and might pick up a Watch too.

Or get a Samsung S6 with the Gear S2 watch and a Gear VR :D

After all this time, I'm going back to either Samsung or Apple. The big boys won 2015.

I played with a 6S+ earlier at Verizon. Very nice. I really like the 3D Touch. Hopefully they will have the storage I want in space gray next weekend.

Apple does hold its resale longer. But also Sprint phones lose their value the fastest....even Sprint iPhones do not go for as much as say Verizon or AT&T iPhones.

Another shocking revelation - phones may break when you drop them.

... While galaxy just get dents if even them

The point is that iphone cracks TOO easily. I thought they actually did it better on this time with "better" screen, but it seems to be as bad as earlier.

It is a little heavier than the last model. They used a better grade aluminum for the "s" model this year. It won't bend as easily and it has been reinforced in some key areas

But they also claim that they use the most durable glass in the mobile industry. To me this new durable glass looks like as bad as earlier glass in iphone6

It is too bad that manufacturers can say anything without a need to proof it: "The new glass on iPhone 6s is made using a special dual ion‑exchange process, which makes it stronger at a molecular level and the most durable in the smartphone industry." (Apple)

If that is the most durable, what samsung does then?

Why are you posting videos of the iPhone 6 yet commenting about the iPhone 6s? They are not the same build.

I've seen more people with Galaxy phones with shattered screens than iPhones. I just got rid of my Note 4, and this phone is amazing. 6s plus.

Hmm 3d touch seems like a gimmick so far, but I'll wait and give it a chance and see what revs do with it. Otherwise I hope it runs ios9 lag free, unlike my 6. I'm hoping I can multi screen also with 2gb ram and probably a jailbreak.

Way to go genius...clearly didn't actually pay close attention (hint: read the title of your own posted video).

Lol, right? News flash, phone breaks when dropped 4 feet onto a concrete floor.
