Quick one, well two haha.

How can I set it in the mail app so when I swipe it will delete the message, not go to a screen to select to move the email to the bin?

And how can I set it so when the mute switch is on it mutes all sounds including emails etc and instead vibrates the phone?

Thanks :)

What email account are you using. I have .Mac accounts and when I swipe right I delete email without any additional screen.

Check settings - mail - and make sure ask before deleting is unticked maybe.

2 googelymail accounts, one is under the gmail tag and another is under the googlemail tag. I've made those changes already.

Oh never mind it seems to be doing it now? I'm not sure I was swiping enough from the side. I think once I get my case on it it'll be a bit easier for one handed use.

I'm digging the size too. I'm not hurting over the change from 5.0" to 4.7". Agreed on the slipperyness - I picked up the apple blue leather case too - good stuff! My pops bought a 6s too, coming from a naked 5, and he was going to go naked again! way to slippery, I bullied him into looking for a case :p

I decided against a screen protector, hopefully I dont come to regret it

Gone for the same case, and I also am not going to use a screen protector, see how it goes.

You also have the ability to configure your swiping options. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar, 3rd setting under the Mail section you'll find 'Swipe Options'. From there you can configure various swipe choices.

Took some pics with my 6s plus today while hiking around Woods Canyon Lake
Great pics indeed :)

Yesterday must have been a day for hiking :) I too was adventuring but it was a much duller October this side of the Atlantic. This is a walk from Killarney to Kenmare ...

Very nice solid camera performance on the 6S+ and what's better, even with tons of use over 6 hour trek. Lots of fluctuating cellular activity with black spots and such, Bluetooth audio for 2 solid hours and then a full evenings catching up with things and sending photos to my friends walking and social media sharing, alongside an hour of Netflix (American Horror Story - Freakshow episode) I still had 36% battery by bed. Damn impressive resilience and with the Samsung chip nether-the-less ;)

Thanks for that, I saw that in the settings and set it up. Seems to be working now :D

Those are some fantastic photos that people have taken! The battery life on it is great, I don't use it loads in the house and I charged it yesterday and it has over 50% still. So for my use the battery will be fine I think.

Got my hands on a Sim Free 6S+ 64GB and although I've played with it in the past, this phone is nice. Gonna keep it for the next two weeks and make a final decision whether to keep or return. I still have the Note 5 but I might just post on Swappa in the next couple of weeks.

While I don't have pics to share, yesterday I took out my 6plus and used it as my only phone for the day.

While it performed admirably, it really just felt too big after using my Note 5 for the past 2 months. Don't get me wrong, my note feels big, but the 6plus felt "too big". Apple really needs to shrink those bezels for the iPhone 7.

I think I've changed my stance now on where if i only had to carry one phone, it would be the 6S not 6S Plus. The size is very comfortable and the screen is just big enough. The Note 5 is still my phablet of choice of though.

The 6s Plus was a beast for battery but despite mmu best efforts to put up with the size I have in after just over a week. Just way to cumbersome for how I handle a phone.

I've retreated back to the 6s which is holding out for 5-6 hours of my use (more than Adelaide). Might consider the S7 if the multitasking is fixed. Other than that, I'm sticking to 70mm wide phones and less.

How bad are users being affected by the Samsung chip? I just noticed my 6s+ has the Samsung chip and it feels like it's noticeably worst than previous iPhone 6 Plus model's I've owned; perhaps placebo affect?

Does anyone here have the Samsung chip and if so, how is it holding up?

I have the Samsung chip and have not had any issues with performance or battery life.

I have no complaints concerning Samsung silicon.

However, after living with the 6S for a month, I can say the overall responsiveness demolishes my Samsung Galaxy S6 and I thought it was a fast phone.

I do miss split screen, the higher resolution display, quick charge and the camera. The iPhone 6S camera is very good, but the S6 camera is better.

Love my Apple Watch however.

I know some are content with their iPhones with Samsung chips but I'm noticing a considerable drain on standby.

I left the phone at 45% of battery last night and woke up this morning to 35%. This can't be normal for a iP6S+, is it? Here's the list of apps running.
