I’m hoping Apple could find a way to make the X back to 150-160 grams. That thing is heavy as a brick!
For me, I find more enjoyment and excitement actually out of the keynote then I do just the iPhone. I always like to see what they have to offer any surprises, hopefully this year there might be a few surprises we don’t know about, considering last year everything was almost completely leaked from the HomePod software, and with the invites going out next week in all likeness, the keynote is almost here.

I'm excited for the plus. I had the X at launch for 7 months and jumped to the s9+ in June. I had an itch to play with Android after 4 years away. 2 months later and I'm counting down the days until it's back in my hands. 27 days. .

I'm most likely going for the 5.8 as well. Some people who currently have an X and are upgrading to the 6.5 this year likely had the Plus model before and miss the bigger screen. I like the look of the 6.5 for media but it's probably going to be awkward to carry daily for how few videos I watch on my phone.

Agreed. I skipped the 6s, 7 and 8 because IMHO there was nothing compelling enough about any of them for me to drop another $750 on essentially the same tech. My 6 continues to do everything I need and quickly enough, so absolutely no excitement here. But, as a three-decades-long consumer citizen of the Apple techno-sphere, of course there's a wee bit of curiosity. What kind of Apple fan would I be if there weren't?

I don't change phone because it comes out a new one with something new.
I ONLY want a small phone, every other phone is for guys with big hands
And I have an iPad.
MacBook Air 11” might interest me too. But that is NO phone
But last time they were so hyperstressed, so it was no fun.

I have a iPhone 8+ right now and can’t wait to get the New 5.8 size. As much as I love the bigger screen (had a plus since the 7 series) it’ll be nice to go back to smaller form factor. Plus I regretted not getting it last year lol

That’s unfortunate. I’ve been through all of them (upgrade every year to the latest model since the original), and I still get excited.
