Nomos watches look a bit weird on the wrist because most of their models have long thin lugs. That's why i have the 35mm Tangente, although i usually wear 38-40mm watches. :)

Try the Orion. It feels better on the wrist, you might like it.
Also, check these out http://www.junghans.de/en/junghans-collection/watches/maxbill/detail.html. They have a similar design.

Before the Jazzmaster I tried the max bill, my idea was the max bill black date only but it's also a bit weird on the wrist, I think due to the plastic "glass" and curved back, unfortunately because it's very nice, the dial has a wonderful reflection and I love the font!

I wanted also the Hamilton Intramatic http://www.hamiltonwatch.com/collection/american-classic/timeless-classic/intra-matic-auto/h38755731 but it looks same as the small Nomos, a bit flat, and the 42 is big and 38 small, ahah no way!

Another very nice watch on my wrist is the Speedmaster (much money for me :( ) and the Hamilton Railroad Skeleton http://www.hamiltonwatch.com/collec...ican-classic/railroad-skeleton-auto/h40655731 but it lacks the date and is a bit big:)

in the future I hope to afford a Nomos Zurich date black...perfect on my wrist (is s 40mm)...

A friend offered me this a few weeks ago-he seemingly knew I'd get excited over it where a lot of folks would probably pass it by.

This is a private label Waltham 1883 model grade 35/AT&Co(I never identified any finishing difference between the two). It is double signed for a jeweler in Massachusetts, has a frosted damasceen pattern, and is non-magnetic. Needless to say, I was all over it!

In a coffee shop.
Thanks to the Apple watch, I rarely wear this anymore.

Hmm is this a genuine IWC 3714?

What? You would willingly forego wearing one of the most impressive and genuinely legendary (and quite beautiful) - and timeless - ageless - time pieces ever made - for an overpriced fashionable toy that will be out of date in a year or two?

Me, well, suffice to say that this is not the choice I would have made in such circumstances. Then, again, mind you, I would not be in the market for an Apple watch in the first place.

Sacrilege!

My thoughts exactly.
