I find myself wearing my Orient dress watch the most. After seeing your pics I think a Mako is in my future. Is that the standard bracelet on yours?

It is the standard bracelet. It's a little rattly but I really like it. It's very comfortable and feels chunky and solid.

Awesome, I saw that on some website like Lifehacker or gizmodo. Nice purchase man.

New OMEGA Speedmaster honours 45th anniversary of first lunar landing

Or is that a different line?

Same line, different model.

They've been respinning different variants of the "moon watch" for years.

The cool thing with the Dark Side version is that it's all ceramic. The case, the dial, the pushers, the strap buckle, everything. Omega wanted to show off that they've got their ceramic process down pretty damn well.

My newest, an Omega Dark Side of the Moon Speedmaster

Absolutely beautiful. If I was going to get a speedmaster I would have to go with this one.

I tried one on in a boutique awhile back. Feels lighter than my Ti PO on that NATO with the ceramic.

My newest, an Omega Dark Side of the Moon Speedmaster

I envy you. Not a bad way to spend $12K. ;-)

I'm actually at the point of 75/25 - buy/no-buy on the 45th Anniversary Apollo 11 Speedmaster. There's just too many cool unique features on it over the standard Moonwatch that makes a great Speedmaster variant.
