Pretty sure the new MBA will be announced on Wednesday or Thursday. Cook said "This week", not "tomorrow", suggesting there will be multiple launches.

i guess its a possibility to announce tomorrow because how else are they gonna tease the macbook air annoucement then.. there is something else in the air? lol

Gonna go with 15 inch 16/512, I’ve been waiting to upgrade from m2 mini to finally have good portable machine and declutter my desk. M2 will go to family member so win-win scenario

Not going to preorder one. But definitely planning on getting one sometime this year. Hoping for a new colour with the update.
 
I’m thinking of upgrade to a Air M4 or maybe M3 from my MacBook Pro 13 2015 since I don’t get any updates longer and it’s little sluggish🙂
 
M3 MBA 15 16/512 arrived yesterday but kept it in the box. It is going back to Costco today with the M4 release. Best part is the new M4 MBA 15, with same 16/512GB, costs the exact same (with edu discount) as the M3 on sale. No brainer to go with M4. I just need to ask the wife if she still wants Starlight or the new Blue?

EDIT: Ordered Sky Blue!

Would like a laptop but not in a rush to get one now. Going to wait for discounts on the M4 MBA. I'm still thinking about the M4 MBP but the lighter weight and cost is more appealing. That beautiful sky blue color is just icing on the cake as well.

I almost did the same (base MBP M4, not M4 Pro). Tough call between the two of them. Congrats on the new MBPro!

Since they no longer offer Space Gray color anymore it will be very difficult to choose which color to order - baby Sky Blue, boring Silver, posh Starlight or ugly Midnight blue…

I typically alternated between Space Gray and Sliver on my devices especially when there weren't any external differences but just grew bored with Space Gray. That never happens with Silver as I just find it to be a clean classic color. Still bummer for those who preferred it. I would have got rid of the Midnight instead.

I had Silver color since the G4 PowerBook days… so Space Gray was a refreshing change.
