ZooGue iPad Case

Tim, You're cracking me up with your reply's here. I like the way you handle the negatives, and poke fun at it. Hell, I just may buy one of your "logos" just to support! :D

Maybe that should be the name of the case! The ZooGue "LOGO"

I know what this is like. You make something and people offer criticisms. One becomes reluctant to "kill your babies"...the only catch is that this is a product, and not some creative venture.

This thread is 1:1 customer feedback Tim. I suggest you take more stock in what we have to say.

I mean, I could end up being interested in this case. One that allows me to adjust the angle and could be better than the Incase...I'd go for that.

But from what I've seen of the case and its creator at the moment, I wouldn't be buying. It seems to lack a certain level of....professionalism.

Edit: The layout of your site has improved greatly since the last time I saw it. But you spelled "its" wrong, it should be "it's"
 
I've watched a few videos of this 'ZooGue' in my search for a good iPad case. 95% of his videos are of him sitting in some apartment somewhere just talking about his product and how he got the 'inspiration'. The other 5% of his videos are spent zooming in on this gigantic logo. I still don't know what the hell this guys product looks like.

From his responses on this forum, I don't really care to know either. You just lost another customer Nob.

Focus more on product quality, selling skills, and marketing technique, and less on what your logo looks like. Then you might sell a couple.
 
I went to the Zoogue web site to get an idea of what this case is about. All I saw was some diatribe about a lost job, an inspiration and mindless rambling. And whats with giving a $1 of every sale to a charity with a goal of giving $1,000,000.00? Joke? Being pompous? What?

Sorry, based on what I have seen, it's a comfortable epic fail in my opinion. But hey, prove me/us wrong. I'll eat crow if I have to.

No thankfully i was not. Im going to try to see if i can fly over there though to help for a couple days because theres schools that collapsed with kids still stuck in there. Really sad stuff.

Oh wow that's bad, i didn't even know about this.. They should rebuild with wood/aluminum only from now on.

So you are the actual business owner? I'm confused then because the title of this thread is "What do you think about this case" and now it's all about the logos. I must have missed something as I was replying to not seeing any case in the video posted. I guess my mistake? :confused:
 
Good luck, Tim. While, like many others, I am concerned about the size of the logo, I am looking forward to seeing the final product.

I have ordered the Apple case but I have no problem switching to a different one if something better comes out.

I've been to China for business before, and it is a whole different world. What you are doing isn't easy.
 
very rough 2 days in Hong Kong

I could go on for hours about how bad the last 2 days were, but to give you guys the short version i was supposed to go to hong kong for a couple hours to go to a meeting. My taxi driver got lost and i missed the meeting. Then that night when i arrived back at china customs they would not let me through because i only had a one entry visa.

So they said go back to Honk Kong and stay there till until you get another visa. I dont know anyone in Hong Kong and they forced me to go back.

I got lost and ended up finally getting a hotel room at 1 in the morning for $300 us FOR ONE NIGHT, that was the cheapest i could find.

Anyways I got a visa in the morning and now it 11 at night and i just arrived back at my hotel in china.

It feels so good to be back here, that was a terrible experience.

So please anyone that see's this dont make the same mistake if you go to Hong Kong.

I will be posting some videos on my you tube channel later.

No I did not post this thread it was posted by someone that does not like my case. And then he emailed me to show me what people were saying.

Thank You Sir, I just got back from a restraunt here in china where I was surfing the internet using my case and ipad for the first time. First of all This iPad is the best thing in the world I will always have my iPad with me where ever I go from now on. Apple is going to sell so many of these iPads. My case makes it so convenient. The iPad is the best $500 i have ever spent. If anyone sees this that doesnt have an iPad trust me get one they are amazing.
