Gots to wait for the 4s to become compatable for the 5.1.1 deffinitly would like to update from 5.0.1 already for the battery issues

4S, 5.1.1 updated from 5.1.0 OTA.
Came home, backed up, ran Abs 2.0.1 and within 5 mins my phone was done and Cydia installed perfectly.
Now, as with everyone else, Cydia is being DESTROYED!

its not cydia, each repo has their own server its not hosted by cydia or anything Just like when the 4S went on sale and apples servers crashed, this is the same thing
Mywi 5.5 not working after jailbreak for iOS 5.1.1
After jail breaking my iPhone iOS 5.1.1, MyWi 5.5 does not work anymore. I can still launch it and turn on the wifi tether. I can also connect to the wireless network but it won't let me download or upload anything. Anyone having the same issues?

got bored and removed all my langpacks and launch daemons that arent needed, running faster than ever now 
Worked amazingly well for me. Updated to 5.1.1 OTA and had my iPhone and my girlfriend's iPhone both jailbroken within 20 minutes.
Yep. Same thing here. Bluetooth and Wifi tethering seems like it connects and the client is listed, but no data is sent/received. Same thing on both iPad and iMac for both Bluetooth and WiFi.
I've reinstalled a couple times and reset my network settings. I sent them a syslog, so we'll see.
On my 4S Cydia doesn't work at all. When I tap it, the screen flashes block shortly an the I'm back at the homescreen - no crashlog, no nothing...
Flawless install for me. Updated my iPad 3 to 5.1.1 OTA yesterday, backed up then ran Absinthe 2.0. Was all over in about 10-15min.
Loaded all my repos back.
Just left to do is my iPhone 4, and a few relatives devices.
Same here. Flawless, no issues other than the repo servers being slammed ( which is to be expected).
Loving the JB tweaks on new iPad. My ip4 was acting a little funny lately, so the timing was perfect for this JB.
Man, am I glad I got 5.1.1. With this free update to 4G I won't have to deal with crappy data speeds any more, right?
iPhone 4 does not have 4G hardware in it. It probably won't until there is some indication what the standard will be and wider deployment
Worked for me flawlessly (just don't update to ios 5.1.1 9b208 on GSM)

Hey guys! So my i4S is running 5.0.1 9A406 and is jailbroken. I know Apple released a new 5.1.1 baseband? so how can I go about doing this on Windows? TIA.
And forgot to add, what's the best way to back up/re-add my packages and sources that I currently have?

How doyou remove language packs?

Pkbackup or xbackup are good solutions
you have to download a pkg you put on the phone and run it in mobile terminal, search google for langpack and should give you some walkthoughs
