How are people ordering with AT&T and having such luck? I've f5'ed all these sites the last 3 days and it's just shown out of stock

You and me both. Trying to get a pair for a friend after I assured him he didn't have to wait for Apple. Maybe we missed out.

And sold out! Before I could get down to an AT&T store and checkout. Wouldn't accept 2 cards online.
Saw that message a minute after you posted it, but it's not available. Probably getting ready to deplete and order cancellations have happened. I'll wait for my best buy order or try to keep refreshing Target.com
Strange, I see that too. However I pressed refresh a few times and was able to see the order button light up and just placed an order. Not sure if it's a glitch.
Don't know how accurate this is, but I spoke to a Verizon rep who told me that they are expected to make another round of AirPods available only through their online store very soon. She said to keep watching, as they expect their supply to sell out fast.
Might do that. Been on the lookout constantly on the big 4 sites BB/Verizon/Att/Target.
Have an order with Best Buy. Hoping they ship sooner than 7 days.
Did you order today from ATT? About what time if so? Nothing but the first email for me.
I ordered AirPods from Best Buy on Jan. 10th, where the availability was "Ship by 3/1." Today, Jan. 16th, my order changed to Shipped and I received USPS tracking. Less than a week - I'm very impressed.
Current hypothesis: ATT allowed me to order (and pay Express Shipping for) a pair of AirPods they didn't actually have on hand (I must have been right at the tail end of the inventory). Unfortunately, because ATT had seemed very reliable and fast in this thread, I canceled my BB pre-order from many days back. Learn from my mistake, don't cancel your other pre-orders until you have the item in hand.

Signed up for Machookup and got a text alert a few days ago. Picked up a pair less than an hour later and canceled my previous order.
Simply put, they are amazing! The best pair of heaphones I've ever owned. My daily music listening time has more than doubled since getting them because they are so easy to put in and take out. I never realized how much the cord stopped me from listening till I got these.
