To be fair, all I have is a tracking number on a package that hasn't entered the system. Plus I'm in the same Metroplex as the warehouse (presumably) so that could be a factor. Who knows.Current hypothesis: ATT allowed me to order (and pay Express Shipping for) a pair of AirPods they didn't actually have on hand (I must have been right at the tail end of the inventory). Unfortunately, because ATT had seemed very reliable and fast in this thread, I canceled my BB pre-order from many days back. Learn from my mistake, don't cancel your other pre-orders until you have the item in hand.

Definitely not. Haven't cancelled my best buy order. I'm going to keep it as backup. I'm hoping to score a pair through AT&T myself, right when it goes up. Iffy about catching it a little later and may just wait until verizon opens again..
My most recent order with AT&T over the weekend was cancelled w/o reason.
I called customer service and they said most likely it was mis-matching of my credit card info to my billing address (a typo maybe)? but my Amex was authorized so I know I entered the number correctly. I asked if I could correct the info
"No, after the order is canceled, we can't correct and re-submit, you must submit a new order"
Me "but it's out of stock"

Does anyone know when Apple UK charge your card? They say 6 weeks for delivery so if I order now do they charge now or when they ship?
Caved in and bought on eBay, should be here Friday at the latest. Will be selling my AirPods from Best Buy to cover the small cost difference and make a few extra dollars.
I'm quoting myself (LOL) to give an update: Per USPS tracking I should be receiving my AirPods on Friday. So that means ordered on 1/10, and receiving on 1/20. Just a 10 day turnaround! So much for 6 weeks delay.
Same here ordered on 1/11 and receiving on 1/20, the tracking of USPS was on preshipment for like 2 days, and it just updated today.
Still nothing from ATT on an order placed day before yesterday; they must have sold stock they didn't actually have. So I just did what I should have done when I didn't get tracking within 24 hours--re-did an order at Best Buy. At least this time I was able to use the $25 off for Visa Checkout.

God damn they went fast lol, showing OOS all ready, not that it matters for me in the UK lol.
Got the AirPods -- they are excellent. They work excellent in the gym -- they don't fall out of your ears etc. I would say the AirPods are about 25%-ish better quality than the EarPods. Alright bros, checking out this thread. Good luck
I ordered some tonight, delivery estimate 10th March lol, will cancel if I find some before then but I'm in no rush.
Ordered mine on 12/15 and they still show as "processing" with a 2/1 delivery. Called Apple and was told that there was no way that an order placed 4 days later would ship first.

4am I got an email from iStockNow saying Currys.co.uk had them in stock, checked at 6:30am when I saw the email and out of stock. Who is buying them at 4am?
