wish I'd gone the 160gb in hindsight. instead i guess i'll just have to run the optionals off an external drive - any ideas what gaming performance will be like off an external HD? I guess loading times will be slower, do you think it will affect in-game performance?

I've read that using Monolingual can affect Rosetta. I also wish I'd gone for 160gb HD, but opted for the 2gb Ram upgrade instead.

Thursday - To depot near shipping in address

Doubt it. Mine has just been recived at Arnhem and its due on wednesday, so I would say thursday or friday for you.
This is the same info as I have. You need to ignore the Shanghai bit. The NLAMS07 refers to the EDC in Holland, so the ETA of MBP into England is today. It will then be passed to TNT if you have no Merge in Transit, or UPS if like me you have ordered something on top of the MBP. My guess is now Wednesday for delivery.
